1 Overview

Birthmarks are a sign of how a person died in his or her past life before being reincarnated. In this world created by the God of judgment, birthmarks are the measurement of strength. Birthmarks are a gift of God to make your redemption from your past life. Your misery, misfortune, and the way of how you died will be left in your memories of your new life. With these memories, some people choose to get their own revenge and some people just choose a better life they didn't had in their past lives.

I am Eden, I am trapped in this world without birthmark. They always laugh and scoff off me because they believe I was unlucky and trash. Trash that even God didn't recognized me to give his gift like he did to everybody. I don't even have my memory of how I died in my past life. Everyday, I am living the same life of misfortune and being bullied by others who have their own special gifts until one day, I bumped into a group of guys and spilled my drink at their clothes. They got mad at me and beat me to death. Yes, this world is cruel. It was made of hate, inequalities, and greediness. Only the strong one get their lives they want and weak ones will die at any reason. I am nearly dying with shortness of breath, and I'm happy about it. I am dying without hatred or despair. All I think about is my reincarnation. Finally, I will have my birthmark after I got my second birth.

Few hours later, I woke up without bruises or wounds. I am completely health as if I was not beaten! What happened to me? Is this a curse? Just another misfortune? Didn't God want me to have his gift so he just sent my life back?
