1 PROLOGUE : My L I F E (Past)

I wish I could live in a fantasy world because the reality sucks. There is full of lies, two-faced people and more importantly, the one who never appreciates someone that have treasured them in their heart. Well, that's what happen to me last summer.

There's this child who lives in a full of a happy life with her parents that she really adored. Her parents really treasured her like a diamond because she is an only child. Her parents teach her all the good things and what she would love to learn so that she could grow up as a smart girl that everyone admired. In the same time, she is trying her best to learn it by herself.

Time flies, that little girl grew up into a beautiful teenage girl. Everyone admired her and even love to be friends with her. However, one summer night everything change.

When she came back home from school, she realize that her parents are fighting over something. She tried to stop them and they did. The next day, her father told her something and this is what he said: "Koharu, your mother and I have divorce. So we are no longer together. You already grown up. I want you to be a decent woman and remember that I am your father. I'm sorry and I love you." Her father kissed her on her forehead with his last smile and left her. From now on, she lives with her mother but her mother didn't gave much attention to her because of her work. So, she has always been alone in the house and she totally change. Change into someone different.

One day, her mother brought a man back to home. Her mother said to her: "Koharu, from now on this is your father." She cried and said: "Mother, I can't take it anymore. I'm leaving and I'm gonna stay with Aunt Chie." Her mother cupped her face and asked her: "Why so sudden, my dear?" She said: "I've always been alone in the house, no one gave me any attention, everything change and now, mother, you're going to have your own family so I will leave the house for good. And I hope you have all the happiness that you dream of, Mother."

She left the house where she grew up for her entire life and staying with her Aunt. Aunt Chie has been giving her special care and love her like her own child. Because Koharu doesn't want to burden her aunt, she moved to an apartment when she was 16 years old. She finally have the courage to take good care of herself and learn to be independent.

And that girl was me.

Everything shattered now.

Having this kind of memory was a bitter part of my life. I'm no longer want to accept love because when you love someone, they leave you when they are bored with you. So, that's what happened when you care for someone. Now, the only family that I have is Aunt Chie. I'm totally changing into a new person and I'm looking forward to what's await me.

I am Mizuno Koharu. I know it's tough but I am trying my best to not look back. To those good old days.
