4 Make Sure to Kill you

"Ignus, we cannot stay here anymore." Elyon made a cold face, swirling his eyes impatiently. "I will give you more clarification about the realms once we reach Swanlake Estate."

Yet heartbroken and shattered in grief, Ignus screamed at him, "I don't want to go anywhere!" Gritting his jowls, his teary eyes were filled with a murderous glare. As if, he wanted to fight that demon who snatched his mother from him. He wished to burn him alive and avenge her death.

"I will kill Auden or Aiden whatever he is called! I will kill him with my own hands," Ignus screamed at the top of his lungs. But at that moment, Elyon noticed a spark of golden color in his eyes that ignited when he shrieked, depicting a strange dominance.

'Why did I get the signal from Heaven that I must protect this kid?' Elyon wondered and furrowed his brows together.

"Leave…Please leave me alone!" Ignus screamed again at Elyon, to leave his house but he refused to sound stern from his answer.

"I cannot. I must take you with me to the Swanlake Estate. The more you stay here, the more chances are there for you to get harmed. Just listen to me this once, kid. I don't wish to harm you." Elyon tried his best to convince him.

"Why do you want to help me? Why are you sticking with me!?" Ignus squinted his eyes in suspicion, sounding irked by his tone.

"Because you are the one who needs to fight against these demons," Elyon boldly proclaimed, staring deep into his vengeful eyes. "The present world is not the same as it used to be. You must come with me because we cannot converse here. Also, you can trust me because I would not have saved you if I wanted to harm you."

As an angel, he could use only the most righteous ways by trying to convince his mind. He could not use force or do harm in any way to Ignus.

Ignus averted his gaze from him and stood up. Holding a conflicted look, he went inside the storeroom to take that strange book with him which was the source of all ridiculous chaos.

But, to his surprise, the book wasn't present anymore. He realized that Aiden must have taken it along with him, provoking the burning anger inside him. At that moment, Ignus laid his gaze on a small, shimmering Jade ring that her mother used to wear lying down on the ground. As her last memory, he picked it up and put it inside his pocket with tears in his eyes.

Though Ignus didn't want to abandon this house that his mother had worked hard to build. But from Elyon's uneasy voice, he realized staying here would be dangerous for him. Moreover, those precious memories in this house would haunt him forever, making him realize how incompetent he was as a son who failed to protect his mother.

With a heavy heart, he decided to lock the house before leaving with Elyon. He also packed a small bag with a pair of clothes and a picture of him with his mother. Before setting his feet ahead, he turned back one last time to look at the house with teary eyes before he proclaimed.

"I am ready to accompany you," Ignus looked at Elyon.

Elyon tossed a pained smile and extended out his hand. "Hold it tightly. We will teleport," Elyon stated. Ignus complied with him and placed his hand above his.

In the flash of a second, a white foggy gush of wind wrapped them both and before Ignus could blink, he found himself getting vanished into thin air along with Elyon.

As a few seconds passed by, Ignus' wobbled on his posture as his feet landed on something soft. As soon as Elyon released his hand, he felt as if he was nauseated, and dizzy because of the teleportation. He rested his hands on his knees and took a few deep breaths.

Welcome to Swanlake Estate!

Elyon greeted with a small smile on his face making Ignus lift his head up. Wadding his eyes round, Ignus discovered the sheet of green cover of land stretched far and wide. He also saw a tall high cathedral building and asked Elyon why he didn't make them land inside that building.

"My powers have weakened after the Gates of Heaven got closed. I can only do it for a limited time," A brooded expression appeared on Elyon as he said, looking at the middle of his palm.

"It all seems to be a fantasy world to me. I cannot believe the things they used to show in anime will come true one day," Ignus muttered on his own as he started to walk behind Elyon.

Hearing his murmur, Elyon glanced a stiff look at him as he uttered, "Ignus, by tomorrow the entire world will change. The demonic side resting inside the humans will come out strong." He proclaimed.

But, at that moment, Ignus couldn't help but wonder what kind of mistake did he make that such a supreme demon was summoned from Hell. And most importantly, how could an ordinary school student like him be capable of doing so?

"I am still unable to believe that I summoned a demon," Ignus argued and clenched his fists in anger. "Because of that evil…I lost my mom." His voice shivered in wrath.

But for the fraction of a second, Elyon felt confused too about how could someone ordinary as Ignus could release Aiden from his confinement. It was too surreal to believe!

They soon reached outside the gate of the tall building. Ignus looked up and found its top disappeared somewhere in the clouds. The gates opened and the two walked in. Compared to the city, this place was very calm and peaceful.

Both reached the large empty hall whose walls were painted white. Ignus looked up and saw the high-arched tomb was made entirely of glass. He saw a dark black cloud had coveted the outside of the glass.

"The entrance of the Gates of Heaven starts from here. But it is closed now." Putting up a surly expression on his face, Elyon declaimed with a sigh.

Ignus turned his head and looked at him before he questioned, "Why? What made it so—"

"Because it all happened because of you!"

Suddenly, a furious, deep, masculine, and cold voice cut in between his remark, making Ignus flinch in surprise. With a startled gaze, he turned behind to look.

A tall, handsome and young man, who looked the same age as Ignus, descended the stairs covered in a blue carpet. His chocolate brown hair parted from the left and a small portion of the fringes covered the slightly right side of his forehead.

His emerald green eyes glared at the wadded brown eyes of Ignus.

But before any further argument take place, Elyon interrupted, looking much concerned from his tone. "This is Angel Leo, the Angel of Emotions. Angel Leo, this is Ignus Stallone." Elyon tried to introduce them to each other.

"You brought this punk who is the reason for this chaos in the world? Have you lost your darn senses, Elyon?" Leo grumbled coldly at him, making Elyon halt his approach to him.

His green eyes seemed seething glare as he turned around at Ignus before rumbling at him,  "Because of you, we have to suffer. Why didn't you die along with the others? It's so disappointing to see you alive!"

"Angel Leo, stop it." Elyon interrupted him again, furrowing his brows. "You must not talk this way to Ignus. He has no fault. It all happened because of a mistake. He doesn't even have any idea why it happened," He tried to defend Ignus a little but in the end, it further provoked Leo.

"Stop being such an emotional fool, Elyon!" Leo snapped hard at him. He gritted his jowls and continued, "Probably this kid is fortunate enough to have done some good deeds. Maybe, that's why you saved him. Had my powers been with me, I would have killed him until now!" He was shooting glares at Ignus.

"You don't look like an angel of emotions, unlike your personality. You better suit the angel of anger!" Offended by his spiteful behavior towards him, Ignus taunted him with a smirk.

"What? What…Woah…Look at the audacity of this shameless punk!"

Leo stepped forward to confront but at that moment, another handsome young man with silver grey hair rushed close and stopped Leo from marching ahead. He was Joshua, another angel like them as he was specifically known as the Angel of Harmony.

"Calm down, Angel Leo. You should not get hyper when you are an angel." His silver brown eyes looked a bit concerned as he stated.

Watching the chaos created amidst them, Ignus chuckled a little which in return bewildered the three Angels present there.

Before anyone could speak, Ignus continued again pointing his finger at Leo, "I am not wrong. He is more suited to be a demon, just look at his temper."

But at that moment, provoked to the extreme limit, any hurdle couldn't stop Leo from approaching him. He frantically marched close to Ignus and gripped him fiercely by the collar.

"Say one more word and I will make sure to kill you, rascal!" Leo challenged while wadding his green eyes at him, gritting his teeth.
