Absent for Friend...

Night ended peacefully.

Next day after having breakfast girls went to college. Tessa and Ammy went to Management department while Sia and Tina went to Architecture department.

Tessa and Ammy went into their classroom and sat on their seats beside eachother. Tessa was looking at her watch again and again. The bell rang and the professor came to class, he kept lecturing for a long time and then the bell rang and he went away. In this period of time Tessa's mind was not to herself, she kept thinking and asking to herself that why Seraph didn't come to class today? Is he sick? or is his injury serious? etcetera... etcetera...

She opened her phone and started typing, Ammy noticed it and asked Tessa...

"Who are you texting?"

Tessa stopped for a while after hearing this question.

"I...a friend" she said hesitatingly.

Ammy:- A friend??

Tessa:- Ye...yeah

Ammy:- and may I know which one?

Tessa:- to....we met in cafe yesterday. (after thinking for a while)

Ammy:- and if my memory is right, yesterday you didn't go to any cafe, cause I was with you whole day long.

I know who you are texting to...

Tessa:- Then why are you making hard for me to answer you?

Ammy:- I'm not making things hard Tessa, I just wanna know how close you both are? and today i know... (in sad and angry voice)

Tessa:- What??

Ammy:- Today I get it that you guys are so much close that you even lie to your bestfriend for that boy. (with teary eyes)

Tessa:- Ammy, you are taking it wrong. We are not close, we are not even friends, I didn't mean to lie to you, he got injured yesterday and today he is absent so I just wanted to check on him if he is ok and I lied to you because I think you don't like him so... (explains everything in hurry with worried voice)

Ammy:- So after hearing his name I will be all worked up and tell you to not text him?

Well I guess you are right.

Tessa looked at Ammy with puppy eyes 🥺

Ammy:- and one more thing you are telling me that you are not close, not even friends and here you are all worried for him. What is all this then?

Tessa:- It's just.... I don't know. (her mind was all blank)

Ammy:- But I do know.. Tessa you are falling for that d**k head.

Tessa:- No, It's not like that, you know that we are not even friends. (said surprisingly)

Ammy:- so what? people also fall for strangers, it's nothing surprising.

Tessa:- No, I'm not falling for him. (loudly)

Tessa:- What now?

Ammy:- That's it, from now on no call, no text, no meeting. (in commanding voice)

Tessa:- Can I just ask him if he is ok and why he doesn't come to college? Just for this one and then I will follow your all orders. (said in appealing voice)

Ammy took Tessa's phone from her hand and Tessa pouted on this.

With Seraph

Door bell rang... "Ding-Dong"

Seraph:- Coming

went and opened the door then suddenly a giant puppy jumped on him.

Seraph:- What the...?

Alec:- Darling I missed you so much, Did you miss me? (said while hugging like a coala hugging a tree)

Seraph:- Come down from my body. (shouted while struggling on realising himself from his hug) I said come down otherwise I will kick your ass out of here.

Alec:- Wooh,wooh, calm down man I just come here and you are already planning to kick me out, that's so cruel. (realized Seraph from his hug). Nice apartment, I like it, I can spend my whole life here beside you. (in flirterious tune)

Seraph:- Save it, you are not going to live here more than a month. So start looking for an apartment for yourself and find it before this month ends otherwise . I will throw your shit out without waiting for a day after this month.

(while pointing toward his luggage.)

Alec:- Ok,ok, now end it and tell me. Did you find her for whom you became this transferred here? (while putting his hand on Seraph's shoulder)

Seraph:- Yeah, (while removing Alec's hand from his shoulder)

Alec:- What? 😳 Seriously? (said surprisingly)

Seraph:- Yeah

Alec:- Then, when are you going to introduce her to me? (with excitement)

Seraph:- Why would I introduce her to you? 🤨

Alec:- Why not? I have full right to know my friend's girlfriend. Afterall in future she will be my sister-in-law.

Seraph:- Friend's Girlfriend? first of all she is not my girlfriend and second thing who said that I'm your Friend? 🤨 You are just my brother's Friend's brother so we are not friend.

Alec:- Oh! come on dude, I am witness of you being handsome from beautiful So please give me the status of Friend for the shake of my 3 years watching you.

Seraph:- Stop it. 😑

Alec:- Ok... (jumped on couch beside Seraph and put his hand around his neck) now tell me Why is she not your girlfriend? Is she already in relationship?

Seraph:- No, she is single.(removed his hand)

Alec:- Then what's the problem, why didn't you get together?

Seraph:- It's been only fews days of me coming here So I'm trying...

Alec:- Trying? What's their to try? 🧐

Seraph:- 🤨 Don't tell me you are thinking that I should go and tell her everything and she will be mine. Are you? 🤨

Alec:- Yeah... , isn't it great? 😃
