16 Yadayadaboom

The Atla kingdom might be my most favorite place in this world. If it weren't for the fact that there's a virus named King Corona.

The kingdom itself was underwater - obviously. Ace and I must have bickered longer than we thought because where we're standing right now is the sea floor. I looked up and saw the same huge magical barrier that separated protected us from the water. Tall coral reefs lined the place and were constantly being rained down with water. Large domes made out of sand and rocks lined with moss seem all have a large shell in front of them - are those their homes? One would assume that since we are deep in the sea that it would be dark but no. Multiple glowing jellyfish - enclosed in a circular bubble - are constantly swimming the area and giving us more than enough light to see our surroundings.

My ears were ringing at the drop of pressure underwater. I looked at Ace, but he doesn't seem to be bothered at all. The men lead us along a sandy that has shells as stone pathways. Ace - As LADY Grace - made sure that he steps on the shells so his heels wouldn't sink as he walk. It wasn't much of a bother for me since I was wearing boots,

Soon we saw a large colorful castle with glowing rainbow bubbles floating around it. It was breathtaking and I would have really enjoyed it more if one of the guards didn't push me to enter the palace. The inside was also impressive. Despite being an underwater castle, they have white tiles and the walls were polished. I cannot tell what materials they used to be honest. The columns were decorated with tons of shells and sea weed. Actually - not just the columns - but the whole area where the wall meets the ceiling. It was magical and I was walking while looking up that I happen to bump into Ace.

I braced myself in preparation that he would scold me, but he didn't. He simply gave me a look and returned his gaze forward. He was acting really weird.

We soon stopped at what I assume is the throne room. Scratch that. It is the throne room. Because at the very top of the staircase was a throne made out of corals. A man with sickly green hair and bulging stomach sat on it. He was eating some sort of fish while looking at us. Bits and pieces of the meat stuck on his beard. He was wearing nothing at the top, but his white trousers looks like it was ready to give up. Beside him was a man seemingly as old as Ren and Dan with light long blue hair and cerulean eyes. This man was also shirtless and wearing the same white ripped trousers, but unlike that bulky man on the throne, he looked better in them.

"King Corona, Prince Mereum, we brought two new female prisoners." One of the man said.

The king, the bulky dude, stopped eating as he regarded Ace and I with his eyes. I folded my arms over my chest since I was still soaking wet from being splashed by the stupid ocean. I hope to provide enough cover from the king's leering eyes.

"Beautiful!" The king bellowed. "What is your name, young elf lady?"

Ace stepped forward and slightly gave me cover from the king. "My name is LADY Grace. I am a noble elf from the kingdom of Tordis."

"Brave young lady!" The king grinned hungrily at Ace and I wanna laugh as I imagined what the king's facial reaction would be when he learns that the LADY is actually a PRINCE. Pfft! As if sensing my presence, the king turned his gaze at me. "And who are you?" He asked.

"I-um.." I actually haven't thought of a name and I was stuttering in response.

"We heard that she is a princess, your grace." One of the men said and I had to fight the urge to karate chop his head.

"A princess!?" The king looked at me. "She doesn't look like a princess."

"And you look like a virus, but you do not see me complaining." I unconsciously said and immediately bit my tongue. I swear I sometimes hate myself for being a savage person at times. I should really stop being friends with PRINCE Ace.

Prince Meruem hid his laugh in his fist while the king seem like we would like to murder me. Well he is not the first royal to gave me that look, to be honest.

"What did you say? A virus!?" The king demanded. "If you're that brave then maybe-"

"Father, you can't." Prince Meruem cut off his father before we can even hear what he was about to say. "I'll take her." He said with a tired sigh.

"You will?" The king raised an eyebrow at him and returned his gaze to me, then back at him son. He looked like he was judging the taste of his son with women. I pursed my lips so I wouldn't say anything more that would get me into more trouble. "Well this is the first time that you have taken interest on picking a bride. Even though she is rude, she is a princess." Then, as if it reminded him of that fact, he returned his gaze towards me.

"What kingdom are you from?"

"Unicorns." I said in a deadpanned tone. "But I can't show you my horn because I am away from the magical tree that gives me my power to morph. My mother, Queen Disalie Shakalaka, from the kingdom of Yadayadaboom must be worried because their lovely daughter Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka is missing." It's amazing how much bullsh*t my mouth can produce. I am impressed with myself.

"Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka from the Kingdom of Yadayadaboom full of unicorns? I have never heard of such kingdom." The king was doubting me. Even Ace, who obviously knows that I am lying, grimaced at me. I couldn't tell if he was impressed at me or annoyed to the point that he wants to hit me. I am guessing the later.

I mean, if I am going to lie, I might as well go all out.

I took a deep breath and forced tears to form in my eyes. I clasp my hands together as if I was praying. "Our land is precious and we do not let the others know of our mythical place! Only those who are wise and worthy shall receive the blessing of our holy goddess Dairycream." I sniffed for dramatic effect and pretended to wipe nonexistent tears . "Alas, I, Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka, ran away because I was curious of the outside world. Our world is locked in a magical tree with no news of the other kingdoms. I dressed up as a man and became her escort." I gestured at LADY Grace, who was now giving me a warning look when he realize that I was going to give him a background as well. "LADY Grace, the most beautiful girl on the land, gave me a home when she realize that I had nowhere to go. Before I met her, I suffered from hunger and loneliness. I experience the hardships of this world, but also the beauty that it offers. I cannot recall where the kingdom of shakalaka is but someday I hope to come home and be reunited with my family! It is thanks to the good-" I chocked "and kind hearted LADY Grace that I survived this long." As soon as I was done, the king and a few men were crying from my bullsh*t. Oh gosh, they were such cry babies. My story wasn't that sad at all!

"Isn't it Kingdom of Yadayadaboom? Why did you say Shakalaka?" One of the men said.

I flinched and gave him a pointed look before I sniffed and pretended to cry in despair. "I have been away for 3 years that my memory of my family and kingdom is fading."

"Oh, your majesty! We must help Princess Mississipi." One of the guards cried.

"Indeed! Such a pitiful tale of truth and bravery. This young princess have been through a lot!" King Corona sniffed and I looked away. I mean I really have been through a lot. "She would be a perfect bride for my son."

Excuse me. What?

"Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka, as soon as we are wed, I promise to help you find your family." Prince Meruem said. My lips started to tremble really badly because I really want to roll on the floor and laugh. These idiots actually believe me that I am shaking.

I covered my mouth with my hands to cover my smile as I tried to shake the laughter away. "T-Thank you." I managed the breathe.

"Princess, do not cry. We will help you." One of the men said. Since I do not trust my voice because I was already crying from silently laughing, I simply nodded.

"These two we shall keep. Hide them in the royal room where they temporarily stay along with the others. We need to make their token in the meantime."

Token?

I looked at Ace to see if he has an answer. He met my gaze and shook his head. The men started to lead us in another room with two large shells used as a door. As soon as they opened it, we saw Nora, who was crouching and shaking at a corner. I grabbed Ace's hand as soon as I noticed him starting to run towards his sister. The men were still behind us - watching.

"There are enough beds in the room. Tomorrow, once we give you a token of ownership, you will be transferred to your own room. Please knock on the shell three times if you ever need anything." And with that, the men closed the shell doors and disappeared behind it.

I finally released Ace's hand and let him run towards Nora. I followed him slowly. "Nora!" Yelled and ran for his sister. Nora, who was crouching on the floor and hugging her legs, turned to look at us. She screamed when she saw Ace and ran towards me when she saw me.

"Wose!" She cried. The poor little elf girl seemed scared out of her mind as she desperately raised her hands for me to carry her. I pitied the little girl and carried her in my arms.

Ace, still dressed as LADY Grace, approached us. Nora saw him and quickly buried her face to my chest. I leaned in and whispered to her. "Nora, the lady right there is your brother."

Nora slowly looked up to Ace. Ace looks...I gasped...oh my gosh he looks hurt! And it is somehow satisfying but at the same time I feel sorry for him. Nora finally recognized her brother and she squealed in delight. She was moving too much that I have to hand her over to Ace, who was more than eager to take his sister from me. I watched as the two siblings hugged for a while before I cleared my throat.

"You should probably start on the briefing, don't you think?" I told him.

Ace grunted but complied. I watched as he told Nora of our plan. Ace was just at the middle of his explanation when the door suddenly opened and in came Prince Meruem. He carefully closed the door behind him before facing Ace and I. Somehow, Prince Mereum slightly looked tired.

"Pwince!" Ace and I both looked at Nora, who just called out the crown prince.

Prince Meruem smiled and placed a finger to his lips as if to shush her. "You guys seem to be close to each other." As soon he he said that, I yelped in surprise when Ace pulled me to his side. Then he gave the prince a warning look. The prince must have sense Ace's hostility that he raised his hands in surrender. "Lady I-"

"He's my bwother!" Nora declared and Ace and I immediately gave Nora a look. "He's a fwend." She says.

"You're a...guy!?" The look on Prince Meruem's eyes made me wish that have a camera so I can take a picture of how hilarious it looks like. It was a mixture of both disgust and admiration.

Ace looked at Nora one last time before returning his gaze at Prince Meruem. Using his free hand, he lifted the wig to show his real hair and slightly lifted his cloak to show his muscles. I covered my laughter into coughs when prince Meruem looks like he was about to faint, but I shook his head to clear his mind. "I-" He paused. "Well at least, it makes it easier." He mumbled and came closer to our small group. "I want the three of you to escape and I will help you."

"Why?" I asked.

Upon hearing my voice, prince Meruem gave me a sad look. "Princess Mississipi. I know that we promised to search for your family when we are wed, but I believe that you guys cannot stay here. The kingdom is already ruined the moment my father succumb to his greed."

He is still buying my bullsh*t!?

"What kind of shady activity did your brother, prince Zeraph, mean?"

"My brother? You've met my brother?!" The prince gasped and grasped my shoulders as soon as I mentioned his brother's name. "How is he?" His voice was soft as he asked the question.

"He's fine!" Ace snapped and pushed the prince back and away from us.

"I-I'm sorry." The prince stuttered. "It's just that I haven't seen him in a long time and I am worried about him." Then as if realizing something, he finally answered our question. "It is better if you do not know. What's more important is that you three need to leave and I will help you."

"We already have a plan. All you need to do is to shut up."

Prince Meruem blinked at Ace's rudeness. "If I may ask, are you her brother Ace-"

"PRINCE." Ace corrected.

"Yeah, it really is you."

"If you know then you should start talking."

Prince Meruem gave him a reigned nod. "It was a few months ago that my father struck a deal with the kingdom of Tereau. It seems that he is seeking Princess Rose. You know of her, right? The last Tamer."

"I heard that she is very pretty." I inserted and got a glare from Ace. "What?"

"I am sure you far prettier than her, Princess Mississipi." Prince Meruem said. I chuckled and pointed silently at the gullible prince while looking at the Feradin siblings. Ace groaned and shook his head, even Nora gave me a deadpanned look.

Okay, now they look like actual siblings.

"King Ferius offers a high price for her and made a deal with my father. Since my father is already a greedy man, especially when it comes to women, he doubled the order of capturing women. We do not know what princess Rose looks like so he simply captured any pretty woman that he sees."

At this I boastfully glance at Ace. "Hear that?" I mouthed and pointed to myself. "They look for pretty girls because of me." Ace and Nora rubbed their temples and shook their heads.

"Say it again. Slowly." Ace whispered back. "You're the reason women are being kidnapped!" He hissed. I scoffed and started to sulk.

At least I'm pretty. It's proof!

"Every night, my father would hand over some of the women that was captured. A general from the kingdom of Tereau would arrive at dinner time and escort them. We do not know what happens to them afterwards. But I try to save as many of them as I can." No wonder Prince Meruem looks as tired as he is now. He had to deal with letting the women escape every night.

"Don't they wonder why the women goes missing?"

"We have a sea witch who's helping us cast an illusion. Some of my father's concubine are still here. I am just looking for the right time to let them escape." He sighed and fished something out of his pocket. It was a key made out of shells. He handed it to me. "This is a disposable key for that door over there. Use this and then break it into pieces when you escape. Once dinner will be served, wait for 4 hours before leaving. I will make sure that the guards are distracted. Head East and you will find a darkened path. Look for the blue jellyfish and it will guide you to the nearest port. You have to leave quickly before the others come. Otherwise, it will be difficult." He then handed me a small glass marble. "When you get to the port, be sure to be close to each other when you break it. It has a bit of my magic that will take you to shore. Princess Mississipi, I really wish that I can help you more about your family, but at the moment, all I can do is to help you escape. I do hope that one day you will be reunited with your family."

"Yeah...thanks." I said. Feeling guilty for lying to prince Meruem. He seems like a nice and honest man.

He bowed one last time before going out of the door.

"Should we follow his plan?" I asked Ace since he has better judgement than me.

"I am not so sure."

"Yes yes!" Nora said gleefully. "His Aura is pink. I think he wikes Wose." Nora commented.

"No, Nora. He likes Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka."

***

Dinner came. Ace, Nora and I waited patiently for four hours. When the moment of truth came, I used the key to unlock the door. Once it was done, I looked outside to make sure that the coast was clear. When I was certain, I looked back at the Feradin siblings to confirm before breaking the key.

"Figures. You are an expert at escaping looks rooms afterall." Ace commented.

"I know!" I whispered and beamed proudly at them.

"That was not a compliment." He snapped.

Stupid arrogant PRINCE!

I let Ace lead the way this time as he has a more solid sense of direction compared to me. We headed to where I assume is the way to the East. I followed him silently and I have to say, I was really impressed that Ace moves to quickly despite wearing heels. He was still dressed as LADY Grace in case we ever get caught. We were able to slip through the East gate and found the glowing blue jellyfish. As if the jellyfish sensed us, it started to move.

"Well that was easy." I said. And like I said before, I attracted a lot of bad juju.

As we were running, a man suddenly appeared in front of us. Like really appeared. A man with grayish hair looked at us and smirked. I saw that the whites of his eyes were black and his pupils were blood red. His skin looks like it was a combination of white and purple - like it was dead. "Well well, look at what we have here." We stopped up and slowly backed away. "Three pretty girls. Two of them ripe for the picking." He licked his lips greedily.

"You're an undead vampire, aren't you?"

"And you're a pretty little elf." The rogue commented before turning his gaze at me. "And you are?"

"A magical unicorn. Princess Mississipi Bloom Shakalaka." The man blinked at my statement. "And who are you?" I asked.

"My name is Roy Flarick. A general from the kingdom of Tereau." He grinned. "I wonder why the king offers us goods of low quality. Now I know. The greedy sea pig hides the best of the women." He chuckled and glanced at me. "I have never heard of you, princess Mississipi. Perhaps you want to come with me?"

The fact that Princess Mississipi is popular compared to Rose is kind of bothering me to be honest.

"No thanks." I said.

Ace moved covered me from the vampire's gaze. "This is bad. He's a general." He cursed.

Roy looked at Ace and Nora. "How about I offer you a deal?" He told them. At that moment, my nose started itching again and I want to sneeze. "Leave Princess Mississipi and I will allow you two to leave. You two seem like siblings so that woman right there must mean nothing to you, right?"

At this moment, my eyes started to water from the sneeze that never came. Ace saw gave me a glance before returning his gaze back at Roy. He handed me Nora, whom I took while wiping the tears from my eyes. I blinked when he placed a hand on top of my head. "Even though I prefer not to see you, I will never hand you over to him. So stop crying and having that upset look on your face."

Upset? Upset who?

I blinked and watched as Ace marched towards Roy and punched him hard enough that the vampire fell on the ground. Roy snarled and glared at Ace. "Woman, how dare you!"

"Dang this stupid wig is getting in my eyes!!" Ace yelled and, with a flick of his hand, threw the wig aside. Then he threw away his cloak and revealed his large man muscles. He ripped off the constricting sleeves of the dress and even went as far as ripping off...actually he just ripped off the entire dress. Now the elf PRINCE is standing there shirtless and wearing his black trouser that he wore yesterday.

Wait, he was wearing trousers under the dress this whole time!? Tied to his trouser were a couple of small daggers as well. I have to admit that I was impressed at how he was able to hide them all. Kuddos to the elf PRINCE.

Roy's mouth was gapping like a fish, as if he couldn't believe his eyes. That or his brain simply stopped working the moment he saw the beautiful lady turning into another beautiful man. Ace looked annoyed by the pathetic look on the vampire and gritted his teeth. "What? Haven't you seen a man wearing a dress before!?"

At that, Nora clapped her hands in delight. "Bwother Aish is so cool."

"Nora, not now." I whispered to her.

"You are one sick man."

"I do not want to hear that from someone who serves a mad king!" The moment that Ace said it, Roy charged at him. His nails elongated like daggers and he attempted to claw Ace. Ace deflected his nails with one of his daggers, then swung to other one to Roy's cheek. Roy stumbled on the ground. A large gash, that was now closing, was on Roy's cheek. I had to grimace at the fact that no where was no blood coming out of the gash.

"No one insults King Ferius without having his head roll."

"I just did." Ace spat. "And as you can see. I am still standing."

"Let's see how long an elf can keep up with my vampire speed." Roy smirked and attacked again. This time he feigned an attack and managed to stab Ace's chest. Luckily, Ace jumped back before Roy's hand goes anywhere deep. Ace gritted his teeth, his chest bleeding from the pricks.

"Get out of here." Ace gave us a side glace. "Now."

"Aish..." Nora looked worried and I had to force the little elf girl to look away. I do not want to get in Ace's way so I decided to follow him. I took Nora and decided to run towards the last direction where we saw the blue jellyfish. "Bwother, can't use his powers. Doesn't work." Nora mumbled.

"What do you mean?" I asked Nora as soon as we arrived at the empty port.

"His powers work on eawth and not watew." She said. I was about to break the marble that Prince Meruem gave me when I paused. I know that he is a great fighter and he can easily take on any rogue, but isn't Roy a general? And an undead vampire general at that. Can Ace really win?

Then I remembered how Roy was able to puncture his chest and my feet grew cold. We still have a few hours before Nate and the other will come to pick us up.

I set Nora on the ground. "Nora, you have to go without me. Nate and Ren will be at shore. Tell them to here as immediately."

"What about you, Wose?"

"I-I don't want to leave your brother. I am currently powerless, but I will find a way to help him survive until the others arrive." I admitted. But I actually have a plan in mind. I just hope that I can make it work.

I gave Nora the marble that Prince Meruem gave me and stepped away. Nora looked like she was ready to cry, but broke the marble anyway. A bubble started to form around her and carry her off and out of the magical barrier of Atla. As soon as I was certain that the bubble protected her from the water and that it can carry her off to the shore safely, I ran back. There, I saw that Ace and Roy were still fighting.

Ace was able to damaged Roy's jaw as it was now hanging on lose veins. The sight along makes me want to puke. I noticed how Ace was only using one had and realize that his left hand was actually dislocated. It would seem like Roy wanted to say something, but his jaw was still healing. I had to look away when I saw his nerves wrapping and merging - trying to fix and connect the jaw back to his face.

I learned that in order to kill an undead vampire, we either burn them, cut their heads, or stab their chest with a stake made of oak wood. At this point, the only thing we can do is for Ace to cut Roy's head off. But looking at Roy's jaw, I assume he tried and failed.

Roy lunged and Ace managed to deflect a fatal jab to his neck but he was kicked back by Roy's foot. Ace twisted in mid air and kicked one of his fallen daggers up. He caught it with his mouth and kicked the ground as he lunged for the vampire. As soon as Roy met his gaze, Ace threw the dagger in his hand and hit the vampire's eyes. Roy screamed in pain. Ace grabbed the other dagger in his mouth and used it to plunge the dagger in Roy's neck. There was a sickening crunch as he forced the dagger to cut bones. There was a thud as Roy's head fell on the ground.

Finally, it was over.

I ran after the fallen Prince. "Ace!" I yelled.

Ace looked at me weakly and frowned. "Nora." He said and I knew what he was asking me.

"She's safe. I sent her out first to get Nate and the others." I crouched and grabbed the cloak that he wore earlier. I teared it into strips using one of his daggers to bind it to his body until we can fix his arm. I used the rest of the remainder of the strips and wrap it around his wounds.

"Seems like you...have some use after all." He panted. The side of his lip is turning blue from the bruise.

"Yeah yeah." I said and helped the royal prince up to his feet. I looked at Roy's body and towards the decapitated head on the ground, I grimaced. "And here I thought you needed help."

"It wasn't easy. I admit." He coughed. "That stubborn bastard scratched me a bit."

I gave the elf PRINCE a look. "A bit you say?" I gave him a dubious look.

"You want to argue with me?" He asked with a raised brow.

"No, PRINCE." I quickly said. I would like to keep my head, thank you very much.

"There they are!" Ace and I suddenly turned and saw King Virus - I mean - Corona glaring at us. A group of rogues and sea man gathering around us in every direction. Ace moved away from me and grabbed his fallen dagger on the ground. "I guess, there's no time to rest until the fang and mutt will arrive." He grunted.

"Ace-" I said. Ignoring the fact that he just called Nate and Ren as fang and mutt.

"PRINCE!"

"You can't fight them all in your current state." I said.

"Then who will fight? You?!" He demanded. "You stay here and sit!" He commanded and started to fake our pursuers.

I sat there and watched as Ace charged at them. I closed my eyes and refused to watched the exchange. I did say I have a plan to help him, but at the moment I am not sure if I can do it. But if I do succeed, wouldn't it be risky if they find out about me?

I shook my head from the thought and just tried to focus on my link with Custard. It wasn't easy because of the distance, but I was able to connect to Custard and see through his eyes. From Custard's vision, I saw Ren running towards the water to assist Nora, who just emerged. Nate ran after Ren and wrapped a blanket around her. Nora was crying but she was definitely asking them to go down and help us. Prince Zeraph looked frightened, but agreed to help them. By the time they arrive it will be too late. I have to at least try.

"Kill them! Kill them all." King Corona bellowed.

Try to summon Custard.

'Master?' I felt Custard through our link.

'Custard, I need you here right now.'

'Master, are you safe?'

'Come here.' I ordered and felt myself temporarily being drained of energy. No not energy - magic. But then it was gone. I tried again and this time, with a very firm thought, I used every ounce of energy that I can muster. But then I looked up and saw Ace falling to the ground. I panicked and ran. I picked up a fallen naginata and plunged it into the shoulder of his attacker. Then I tried to drag Ace into safety but he was too heavy for me.

Another beast man came and stood in front of me and morphed into a bear. It raised it's gigantic paw as it readied itself to attack. Ace tried to push me away, but I stayed put.

'Come!' I willed my familiar to come.

There was a gush of air that blew around us that the fighting stopped. Everyone turned towards the gigantic white wolf, that now stood at the center where the wind blew. I felt drained and ready to pass out at any moment. It seems like what Ace told me about summoning my familiar is true. Custard, now a big white wolf and currently larger than Ren and Dan when morphed, used his gigantic claw and knocked the bear out of the way. The impact was strong enough that it knocked several men down too. Custard backed away and covered us with his large body. He knocked several arrows and weapons that were headed our way.

"She's the Tamer! S-She's the one that King Ferius wants!"

"Get her!"

Custard gave me a glance as if asking for what's next. I feel ready to puke at the amount of magic that I was using. "Go for it. Knock them all out." I said with certainty. Custard ran and attacked everyone that dared come for us. Ace and I stood back and watched as my familiar went on a rampage and knocking back every single person that it laid it's eyes upon.

I stumbled back and Ace caught me with his good hand. "You're using too much magic on your familiar."

"If I stop I am afraid he might morph back to a small wolf." I gasped.

"Where are those idiots anyway?" He demanded.

"They...just found Nora. They might probably be still on their way." I told him.

My eyes widened when water formed around me and I was dragged away from Ace. I yelped and suddenly I was in the hands of the Virus - I mean - King Corona. "Either you stop your spirit or I will kill cut your eyes out!" He threatened me.

I glared at the king and laughed. "I have heard a lot of threats from one single person. Yours cant even compare to his threats that I receive on a daily basis."

The King grabbed my neck and started to squeeze. "Father!" It was Prince Meruem. He was panting as if he was running before he came here. He gave his father a pleading look and carefully approached him. "Let her go. Please. You are siding with the wrong people."

"Shut up! You are becoming weak. How can you rule when you don't have the guts!?" He pointed his dagger at his own son. When Prince Meruem approached him - still pleading, King Corona finally lost his mind and stabbed his own son. Prince Meruem sunk down on the ground and clutching his stomach wound. "I do no need you. I still have another son!" He laughed. His eyes seem like it lost whatever sanity he has left. "Once I deliver this Tamer to Kind Ferius, a new era will rise! I, King Corona, will be known for making it happen!" He let out a maniac laugh.

Then there was a sickening jab and I looked at King Corona to see Ace's dagger poking from his head. The king's grip on my neck loosened as he fell on the ground. "You sick f*cking King!" Ace gritted his teeth and kicked the body of the dead king.

"Rose! Ace!" I heard Nate and Ren calling for us in the background. I could feel Custard devouring the essence of our enemies. There was so much going right now, but I could only stare at what was in front of me.

King Corona. Dead. PRINCE Ace had killed him. He killed Corona.
