Blast From the Past continues...

Nicole was surprised and scared at what her sister just said now, what the f**k is this?

Verona continued, " Am going to take everything from u, cos u and our father lied to my mum, our father never loved my mum, so u actually think that I'll allow you to see your mum? or meet her? She's not even alive, and I can't even remember her face cos I just saw her once, but then, I heard father saying she's in Nigeria, so I thought u, her daughter would find her, but no. so..... I decided to do this". She then brought out a stack of documents from one of the brief cases, " All this, are papers for change of ownership of everything u own, the foundation, the company shares in your name, the row of apartments in your mother's name. And of course the 30billon worth of bonds u possess".

"What? The apartment? and my bonds? are u crazy? " Am not crazy, Nicole, am just power and revenge tasty! she then chuckled, this is so fun! But, we can negotiate, u can disappear and never return, and in exchange, u will let me marry William". The man Nicole loved, " you are a completely psychic! that's the man I love Vee". Verona the signed, " I even gave u a choice, but let me try again". She motioned the other guys to open up the other briefcase, and when they did, it contained lots of cash, " This is 30billion dollars, in exchange for the bonds". Nicole was now boiling with furry, " Damn you Verona! u r a psycho! a maniac! let me go!" Verona laughed, " it's good that u r now talking back! I was beginning to get bored". She then brought the papers forward and turned to her coldly, " sign it". Nicole had no choice but to sign, she needed to just get away from this traitor of a sister! She was disgusting! " What else? " " Nothing more big sis, but take the money, u need to disappear remember? Take her a way from my sight! "

Then the men in black covered her face back, took her in a car, and dumped her by the road with the briefcase as well(what happened to the briefcase will be discussed in another chapter) That was how she was upset and went to drink at the bar. She lost everything, family, house, money every thing! She got knock off by a car, spent 3months in coma....

Present Day

Nicole was still thinking about her misfortune until Derek brought her back to the room. " Does it hurt that much? " She then regained her senses, " No, am fine, just thinking about how my life has been these few months, am grateful to your family and to u for all your help, I really appreciate". " Anything for u Nicole", he said touching her arm slightly. "So.... what do u plan to do? That got her attention, " I want to start out my business, u know I told u I make cosmetics, I majored in Organic Chemistry, and I specialize in Cosmetology. I want to work, make my way in life, I want to be the queen of cosmetics, and I need to be successful". Derek was silent for awhile, she continued, I know u can help me, u will help me right? Derek was just looking at her, speechless, he then thought of something, " I will help u, Nicole, but, I have one condition", Nicole smiled sharply, "which is? " Derek was tensed, but he needed to try his luck. " My condition is... ' oh God, say it already, Derek Yoon' "Marry me, Nicole Lim".
