Mc meets God gets to choose quirk, and he chooses Osamu Daizai's power "No Longer Human" from Bungou Stray Dogs. Basically it nullifies quirks on skin contact and is always active.

Basically for example at the start of the series when sludge guy comes all our mc touches him he becomes human again, his quirks doesn't work while he has skin contact with the mc. and he can only revert to his sludge mode when the mc has let him go.

another example, All Might. All might is extremely strong physically but when he touches mc he reverts to his weekend state cuz his quirk is nullified. and even for example he doesn't use skin contact, if all might creates a shockwave because of his strength the that will also be nullofied and disappear cuz it was made with a quirk.

another one endeavor, if endeavor shots his flame at mc then his flame gets what you wonder? well it gets nullified.

and All For One, since he has multiple quirks you might think the mc can only nullify one quirk that AFO is using, but NO! The mc nullifies every single quirk! pretty OP.

and the mc can for example learn martial arts from a master martial artist or use the cloth aizawa uses.
