Rage anger and despair were the types of emotions Ichigo felt as he stared down the man that had taken everything from him his family, his friends, his life even his entire world all had been taken away from him by this one-man Yhwach. This man no this manifestation of evil had wanted to bring the world back to the way it had been before the soul king's interference Pure chaos.
In his hubris, Yhwach thought he could control this Pure chaos, he was wrong. The different dimensions The Human World, Soul Society, the Soul Kings Palace, Schatten Bereich, Hueco Mundo, Hell, and the Dangai all crashed together in a massive storm of reishi that was impossible to control no matter how hard Yhwach tried he couldn't control an infinite amount of reishi at once.
No person could survive such a strong release of energy. However, Ichigo and Yhwach had both reached a power level that far supposed even the captain commander practical godhood so they had no trouble surviving the chaotic storm of reishi.
Ichigo couldn't tell how long he and Yhwach had been fighting due to the lack of a sun or a moon or any real way to tell time but it would be a safe bet to say they had been fighting for years. Even though time really didn't seem to have any real meaning anymore. As soon as the storm had calmed down enough for them to actually be able to see each other they began fighting both using their Quincy abilities to absorb the reishi around them. At this point, it was a battle of attrition that neither of them was winning or losing any damage would regenerate and they seemed to never run out of reiastu or reishi.
Calling himself Ichigo might have been a little incorrect he was the fusion of Ichigo Kurosaki, the old man (Ichigos Quincy spirit), Zangetsu, the Hogyoku, and his hell powers which he still didn't know why we're still here. Similar to his Mugetusga form but many times more powerful and unlike Mugetsuga the consciousnesses of Ichigo and his spirits the Hogyoku and his hell powers included were fused together.
This fusion led to a rather unique appearance he had the same pitch-black hair from Mugetsuga his right eye was blue with an eerie blue glow coming off of it. His left eye was the same as when he donned his hallow mask his sclera was black while his iris was a haunting yellow. The only difference between these two eyes compared to normal was the fact that the pupil of the right eye was a dark purple while the eye on the left's pupil was a crimson red. The left side of his face was covered by an identical mask to the one he had during his fight with Ulquiorra. The right side of his face was covered by a mask that resembled a human skull with a slight golden tint to it however the other horn from his vasto lord form was still present on the right side as well.
Unlike his former Mugetsuga form his entire body was covered by a smokey black cloak that covered everything but his face and it had a hood that Ichigo could pull up to cover the back of his head. If someone was to look under this cloak they would find large intricate black, blue, red, and purple tattoos that covered his torso and spiraled together into something resembling a hollow hole in the center of his chest.
His arms were covered by dark black bandages which also had the same color full tattoos underneath that weren't visible at the moment. His fingers had gained a claw-like look to them similar to his vasto lord form. His feet and legs had a very similar look to his arms black bandages covering them color full tattoos underneath the bandages and talons similar to his vasto lord form replacing his toes. (no shoes btw why cause i like it like that)
His sword was nothing more than a construct of reishi and reiatsu. He was gripping a 3 and a half foot long katana right now that was pitch black all over and let off black smoky-like energy. he could change his weapons form at will two small daggers, one dagger, a katana, a shield, a bow, a great sword even a gun whatever he wanted he could change the form of his weapon to fit. This was because he himself was his zanpakuto during this fusion so his weapon was little more than an extension of himself and his will.
Mugetsuga glared at the man standing a couple of meters in front of him he felt so much anger hatred and rage for this man yet he felt eerily calm like he wasn't staring at the man that single-handedly ended billions of trillions of lives his family and friends included. But no matter how much anger he felt he wouldn't act on it the calmness of the old man and the Hogyouku had combined together to suppress his rage. He knew the anger was still there he could feel it burning deep below the surface boiling but never boiling over never losing control that didn't mean he would have mercy on this monster he would fight until his last breath which didn't seem to be coming any time soon. On the other hand, Ywach looked as powerful as ever but Ichigo's senses told him otherwise he could feel Ywachs reiatsu during the whole fight it felt like a steady heartbeat in a steady pattern but this pulsing of his power had grown fast panicked even.
It was obvious to Ichigo that whatever was going on was in his favor, not Ywachs. He burst forward raising his sword in his right hand a silent getsuga flung from his blade towards Ywach the crescent-like attack hit without Ywach showing any signs of fear or any attempt to dodge it. Ichigo watched the getusga slice a deep gash from his right shoulder to his left hip. That week attack shouldn't have done that much damage but Mugetsuga wasn't gonna put too much thought into it he would rather press his advantage. He raised his blade with both hands backward's pumping as much of his literally infinite reiatsu into it as he could he slashed it forward in a vertical arc screaming "Mugetuga"!!!
A massive colossal slash of black energy surged forth from his blade completely blocking his view of Ywach. He felt a massive increase in Ywachs power that was obviously an attempt to lessen the damage of his attack. The black wall of reiatsu stayed for what felt like thirty seconds or so but Mugetsuga had no true way of telling time as the word had been turned to nothing but an infinitely vast ocean of rainbow reishi but it still felt about that long. Mugetsu looked at the vile man that stood where his Mugetsuga once was. To his surprise it looked like every single piece of flesh had been brunt away the only thing left was a barely intact charred skeleton however he knew better than to think he was dead. Sure enough, Mugetsuga gets to watch a rather gruesome show of Ywachs muscle and skin tissue regrowing along with his brain and other internal organs. Mugetuga was confused his attack was strong but based on the amount of reiatsu Ywach had just used he shouldn't have taken even half that amount of damage he did. *Clap* *clap* *clap* a clapping sound broke him out of his train of thought. Focusing on Ywach he was clapping and smiling? Mugetsuga was confused even someone like him wouldn't want to have all of their organs and skinned destroyed but he wasn't angry he look amused.
" hahahahahahaha" Ywach laughed out loud amusement clear on his face. Mugetsuga stared at him cluelessly confused about what was so funny. "You seem confused my child allow me to explain" "I've lost I'm not long for this world you may not have realized it but as this fight has been going on you've been learning improving gaining new abilities there's a reason for this I will not be able to achieve my dream how I originally intended however I can still achieve something close this hole fight I have been teaching you new techniques without your knowledge. I will make you my heir the successor of the Quincy no the successor of the gods in the new world"
"what are you talking about you bastard" Mugetsuga growled lowly at Ywach "I had two dreams two wishes I wanted to fulfill no matter what the cost" "to bring the world back to its original state to bring back the old world the world where life and death didn't matter a world that wasn't controlled by those that believed themself superior because of foolish things such as wealth or influence" "But I also had another dream for my people to prosper for them to feel true happiness to know true peace" "I have failed in both regards but I will fulfill part of my dream with my finale breaths" "I may not be able to truly repair the damage I've done but I can build a new world with my dying breaths and you Ichigo my son shall lead this new world with all the knowledge I shall gift you and your current power you shall be the strongest being in this new world I cant control you to do what you want but I hope you do whats right and fufuill my wishes for the world".
During Ywaches rant he was steadily building up power around him now the air surrounding him was pulsing with power Mugetuga didn't know what to do the amount of power he had built up was enough easily block his Mugetsuga from before and judging by what he had said he didn't have any hostile intent but regardless Mugetuga prepared he defense transforming his sword into a large dome that surrounded him strengthening his heirro and Blute Vene flaring his reiatsu for a little extra defense.
I winced as I felt the overwhelming amount of power Ywach was focusing right now I knew I would be able to survive this attack but I didn't know what Ywach was planning. So I would be extra cautious. Ywach seems to think he can still create this new world of his it might seem selfish but I honestly wouldn't mind if he succeeded any world was better than this full yet simultaneously empty "world". I would make sure to end him even if he succeeded but I might make his death faster if he manages to fix the fucking disaster he created.
Seelenopfer unendliche Reform!!! Ywach screamed at the top of his lungs the reishi and reiatsu he had been building up exploding out from him at speeds that even someone like Ichigo would struggle to doge (Ichigo is easily FTL and I will fight someone over this fact)
