73 73. Annoyed.

The Captain-Commander Yamamoto sighed dropping some papers on the table. Right now was the end of the year results for the academy. Each of the captain would meet up and go over the various top students of each year, the various requests to join a specific squad and choose who they wanted.

The problem was the three on the reports.

"Top scores in Zanjutsu besting the teacher in combat, Top scores in Hakuda, besting the teacher in combat, Top scores in HoHo besting the teacher in Shunpo, Top scores in Kido able to use up to rank 40 spells chantless, able to use up to rank 50 spells with shortened chants, 4 Top of the semester requests." Kisuke Urahara reads out with some mirth in his eyes to the other captains who are listening with some interest. "1st request, to change clothes because they found it too uncomfortable, 2nd request to have access to up to rank 50 spells 'Because I've mastered the others and I'm bored.' 3rd request to up the difficulty of the classes because he beat the teachers of his year, 4th request, stop trying to make me graduate early I'm busy learning new kido." Kisuke couldn't stop himself from laughing.

Yoruichi picks up the paper and continues to read. "Group shows outstanding adaptability and learning skills, reitsu levels already at the rank of average 5th seat, Shikai transformation 1st day of class, teachers request for them to graduate early denied by said students. This has never happened before, send help." she too then burst out laughing while some of the other captains chuckled.

"Why don't they want to graduate early?" Shinji asks the Captain-Commander.

"That's written here too." Kisuke says getting his breath back before reading. "Why would I give up free requests each year to get my hands on new kido when I would have to 'Work my ass off under some idiot for years' to acquire the same thing. Besides I get to relax here quietly and study all I want while those guys sweep garbage for promotions. Also screw paperwork."

Shinji raised an eyebrow. "So he's using the system to learn higher ranking Kido and relax."

"Yeah, however he is working on mastering up to rank 50 spells chantless." Kisuke says looking over the notes. "What's the problem?"

The captains look at the commander who just sighs. "The problem is this has never happened before, they have already completed all the assignments up to 6th year besides the field work. Not only that but they are pretty much a packaged deal and we cannot just command them to graduate as they are nobles."

That peaked the interest in the captains.

"Ryan Grim, Married to Stella and Ning'er Grim. The only thing the other two didn't do was get Shikai on the first day." Kensei reads. "Reports say they are pretty much inseparable and haven't bothered to make and friends or comrades in the academy."

"Geniuses are always weird." Yoruichi says looking at Kisuke picking his nose.

"Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?" Yamamoto asks.

"Just offer them access to higher ranked Kido and give them a senior ranked position. See which squad they want to join make them a 5th seat. They want to learn so let them learn. We can run field operations with them or our lieutenants can do it. It's more incentive for them to graduate early if they get a senior ranking instead of a junior position. This let's us see if they can handle some responsibility and let's us properly measure thier skills and get the rewards they would have gotten." Kisike suggests. "If that fails tempt them with a Forbidden Kido." he says with a shrug.

Yamamoto considers it for a second. "Send the letter they can have access up to rank 80 spells, a promotion up to 3rd seat and a selection of whichever squad they want if approved by the captain."

Some of the captains raised an eyebrow at that.

A message was sent out and less than 30 minutes later a reply came back.

"Ryan Grim accepts, wishes to be put into Squad 2 under Captain Yoruichi Shihoin. Ning'er Grim accepts wishes to be put into squad 4 under Unohana Retsu, Stella Grim wishes to be put under squad 4 Unohana Retsu, they made a request that they be allowed to wear thier normal clothes as they find the shinigami robes uncomfortable." Yamamota reads.

"They split up?" Kisuke asks confused.

"Apparently Ning'er and Stella wish to learn healing arts and improve thier swordplay. Ryan's reason was he wants to improve his speed and hand to hand combat." Yamamoto says.

The real reason was because Stella and Ning'er had heard of the strength of Unohana and wished to improve under her. As for Ryan if he got offered a chance to be near those chocolate thighs and turned it down he would be an idiot. You can never have enough chocolate thighs.

Plus the opportunity to learn hand to hand skills and increase his shunpo were something he couldn't turn down.

Who better to train under than the queen of flash step herself?

"Sure I'll accept the Boyo, I'm rather curious about his combat skills myself. My third seat is open so its fine." Yoruichi says. "He can also wear whatever he wants, I found the clothes a bit stuffy myself."

"My third and fourth seat are also open." Unohana says with a smile. "I always welcome new healers. I just hope what they wear is appropriate."

"Well that's settled Ryan Grim will be promoted to 3rd seat of the 2nd division, Stella Grim 3rd seat of the 4th division and Ning'er Grim 4th seat of the 4th division. They will also be allowed access up to rank 80 spells any objections?" Yamamoto asks.

None were made.

News about the trio graduating in a year and being promoted to 3rd and 4th seats quickly made its way around soul society. After all it isnt every day you see new geniuses pop up like that so it was exciting.
