Chapter 2 - First Adventure

[kreeeeak]

the large door creaked as it was opening

"is that the summoned hero?"...

"where i can't see where where?"...

a crowd of nobles was murmuring as they saw a young man walked in the door

"Greetings young hero"

the queen cheerfully spoked before those murmurs be too obvious to the grumpy king

"uhmm..."

Joan didn't know how to react in front of the royalties and nobles. The king become grumpier as Joan looked awkwardly standing.

"My king maybe some introduction will do"

said the queen who is smiling gracefully.

"Greetings young hero i am the king of this kingdom , beside me is my Queen and behind you are the Nobles all around the Kingdom. Young hero may i ask who might you be?"

'some of the novels that i read the people who speaks with the king have a polite tone'

"I..I am Joan an...and I am 17 year-old"

he spoked politely with some stuttering

"hmmp... i have ordered for your summon here in our world because a demon lord is set to resurrect a year from today. We are hoping for you to cooperate with my Kingdom to stop the resurrection of the Demon lord and if things didn't work out you are to slay the Demon lord."

"wait me? slay the Demon lord? are you kidding me?"

the shocked Joan forgot that he is in front of the king. some murmuring once again started in the nobles.

"yes you! you are the chosen hero to stop the demon lord before he ravage this Kingdom and others"

the king stood up and spoken loudly as if he had enough of the annoyance.

[tug]...

Joan couldn't feel his body and flopped down out of shock

"we will support you for your equipment and a guide. guard! direct the young hero to his guide"

after the gathering in the throne room Joan was thrown to his guide for the proper introduction to world. he was then taught how to use his own magic, apparently he have a huge amount of magic power that it was hundred times larger than a normal mage have.

"hey have a break for tonight the guards will guide you to your room"

"you'll moving out tomorrow"

.....

"will i be able to go home"

as he was laying down on his bed he thought to himself.

"!!OH F*CKING HELL MY F*CKING MANGA!!"

he suddenly shouted in a befuddled face went he realised that he couldn't have read his manga, he haven't read even the half of the first page.

"for f*cksake you just had to f*cking summon me the middle of my reading huh!"

"!F*ckkkkkk!"

he angrily tossed around a near by table shouting like someone slapped him just because he breathed.

[knock knock knock]

as he's anger dissipated he fall asleep. as the sun rise was seen in the Kingdom a he heard a knock from his door.

"sir hero wake up his highness summons you to the throne room"

"tell him f*ck you, you sc*mmy old man"

"sir hero you know we can't, so please come quickly"

a polite knight ask for the hero to come.

Joan followed the knight feeling bad for the knight because of his attitude.

"is it old king"

Joan looks like he just got up from his bed wearing his panjamas. the king glared at him for what he just said and for what he was wearing.

[chuckles chuckles]

the laughing queen was caught by the king and the king glared at Joan again but much more intensified.

"you are to be deployed right now to adventure towards the dark lands to find the dark realm and stop the summon of the demon lord"

"What i just got here and now you're f*cking throwing me away"

as the king patience running out he called for the knights

"you are to venture out and sharpen you skills and knowledge for a year and stop the resurrection before it was completed, I'll send you out with a new guide... rather a teacher and comrades to assist you. so get out!!"

and the Adventure awaits him
