as I look at I notice the WIS status and get confused so I ask J about it

I walk closer to the forest and find an empty space first for my test to acquire skills. I start first with some basic stuff like push-ups followed by pull-ups and sit ups after a couple of minutes I got a skill so I check it out :

and in a sec I feel my body getting stronger and since it's a game character body it adapts to my new strength instantly.

I go for movement skill next by running and trying to surpass my limits and it happens again but I also get an ability.
