7 What had happen?

It was a few days after I saw that child looking back at me. I sat in the same spot waiting and watching but nothing. So I decided I would have my lunch outside since it was nice and sunny. A lot of elves were out and about. Little did I know that was going to be the day were everyone was going to be after my head once more.

I sat outside as I was watching the children playing their games. The teachers were talking like normal. A child had kicked a ball my way. I looked just in time to cowered before it hit me but it never did. I looked up and saw a guard had blocked the ball. The child came over and apologizing to me "I am sowwy" the little one said. The child seem no more than six or seven years old. The guard kneeled down and in a deep calm voice. "Be careful on where you kick it ok?" He asked as he handed the ball back the child. The little one nodded as they ran back to their group and began to play again.

"Thank you, Sir" I said softly as I looked up to see and tall figure not much taller than an average halfling which he stood about 6'0 to 6'5. He looked at me with his dark golden eyes and said "Watch where you sit" in a deep voice that seem harsher than with the child. I was taken back as he spoke to me in a rude way. "How dare you talk to me like that. I am on my campus thank you" I snapped and got up as I turn and walked away.

He grab my wrist as he spinned me around "So your the elf that survived the killing huh?" He asked "Yes and what of it?" I said yanking my arm out of his grip. He chuckled a bit. "Nothing" As he turned and walked away. Am I going nuts or is there something more going on? I shook my head and walked back to my class as the bell rang. I felt like now everyone eyes were piercing me with daggers. I walked quicking with my head down back to my classroom.

Angel looked up from her books as she was the only one in there. "What's the matter?" She asked "I don't know but something seem off" I said as I explain everything to her what was going on. "As soon as he walked away everyone been eyeing me." once I finished she looked down and then back at me. "They seem to be under a spell"
