Get out

***********************

Author speaking. This chapter was supposed to be posted a while ago, but I didn't get to upload it due to "technical difficulties" that have just been solved. So don't expect the writing quality to at best be ok, it's at the same level as the last couple of chapters. And don't expect the chapters from here on to be that good either. My writing quality is absolute 🚮 right now. Patience. One more thing, I do plan on going back and editing these chapters at a later date, as the author can tell you writing quality is below average. One more thing, yes, one more thing. The ending of this chapter after reading it like 2 months later is heavily rushed. Him changing up on his mom that fast is what I mean, the change feels too sudden, but this is just a short fanfic tho at most 100 chapters long

*Creak*

Every motion in the hallway stopped as they heard the door from the principal's office creak around the hallway corner. Two pairs of footsteps echoed down the hallway coming towards their location at a somewhat slow pace, and finally, the owners of the footsteps turned the corner to see the horrific sight. It was my mother and the principal, but they only stayed there for a while and continued their conversation as they made their way towards the entrance of the school.

"Mom" my voice came out in a hoarse whisper as she acted like I wasn't there and walked out of the school. My tears finally leaving my eyes...

...

This time I awoke I was in an actual hospital and not some low budget nurse's office my whole body wrapped in a full-body cast.

I was still in a lot of pain, more than you can imagine actually, but I have to give credit to these doctors they fixed me up pretty good. Way better than that overpaid school nurse.

Mentioning the school caused him to remember what had happened to him and he didn't want to remember that right now since I couldn't move and getting angry and not being angry to express my anger is the worse feeling ever.

So putting aside the matter of the school nurse and him literally getting beaten to a pulp he focused on the tv the hospital hooked up right in front of him since he couldn't move his head that much and had nothing else he could do.

'Man I want a book to read.' he said as he let out a light sigh.

'I can't even reach the remote to call the people in here.' He sighed as he saw the remote sitting on the bed next to him, but he couldn't even move any part of his body to reach it due to the cast.

"Riha?" he heard a light voice come from the corner of the room, but even tho he couldn't turn his head to see who it was, he could recognize that voice anytime, which belonged to his mother.

As he looked at her he felt the urge to cry. His opinion of her dropped significantly. She saw what had happened and ignored me. Her own son! Who does that! Especially to their own flesh and blood. But... he didn't blame her for some reason,

I just replied to her with a simple "Yes, mother?" which stunned her since he usually responds with a more playful voice, and he never used 'Mother', but she knew his semi-cold attitude towards her was well deserved. She then picked up a bag that was sitting next to her and took out some books.

'She brought my books here?' Riha thought as he noticed the bag he usually keeps his books in.

"Thank you, can you pass me a book?" Hina happily complied as she picked a random book out of his bag, oddly enough it was the book he was reading at recess. She then stopped and slowly looked at his hands "I'll read it to you."

As she was about to read the first word of where his bookmark left off she lightly coughed in her hand with an embarrassed look on her face. " How about I read to you next time?" Riha let out a light laugh realizing what happened "It's fine, I'll read them some other time." He said and closed his eyes Immediately falling asleep.

Hina seeing this gently got up and kissed his forehead "I love you, Riha." And quietly left.

"I love you too, mom"
