Chapter 4

*ring*

Finn walks to the cafeteria. He sees Bella sitting with her friends. Finn choses to sit by himself and observe the tables. A random thought crossed his mind, his knowledge of this world is limited. All he knows is the first book. So there are many things that can change from the simple fact that he is there. This, he remembered, is called the butterfly effect. With this new information, he decided to stay true to his choices.

Lunch ends and he heads to class. The day ends as expected, however, what happens after is not. Someone had noticed him. Edward had noticed that he couldn't read either of the twin's thoughts. During the day Bella had accidentally cut herself and all the vampires could smell her sweet, delicious blood. Edward was the first one to notice. He then fell in love with her, and that he couldn't read her thoughts. He decided to stalk her, and go to her room at night. Finn was noticed by Alice because he appeared in her vision. She questioned this because it had never happened before, and was scared for what the future held.
