The ending of the sports festival

You could see a Ninja-like hero watching the sports festival from the outside of a Tv shop, and the only thing you could see on his face is shock, he had just witnessed a kid go through a quirk awakening just like everyone else watching.

Seconds passed, and he finally decided to walk away, while walking he was thinking a few things, 'That kid...to go through a quirk awakening...something like that is rare, very rare, his going to be the center of attention for a while...' Edgeshot thought.

'His movements before the awakening weren't bad, he definitely has skills, the only problem was that the opponent he was facing just had a powerful quirk that completely went against his skills, but now that his quirk has awakened...' Edgeshot stopped walking after finishing his thoughts, he pulled out his phone and called someone.

"Good afternoon Mr.Edgeshot, what can I do for you?" The woman on the other line spoke, she was an edgeshot secretary, and she had a nice gentle voice of a woman in her early 20s.

"I need you to Look into the kid that just got his quirk awakened on the sports festival" Edgeshot said, seems like what Mineta was hoping for will happen.

In a room that was identical to one of a hospital, you could see a purple-hair boy watching Tv, on Tv a fight was happening between 2 boys, one with the power to manifest ice and fire, and another one with a "body enhancement" quirk.

After an exchange of 2 powerful attacks from both opponents, the arena exploded because it couldn't handle the amount of pressure both attacks had. After the explosion, the purple-hair boy, which is Mineta, turns off the Tv. It has been an hour since the festival ended.

He was unconscious the whole time after his fight, so he missed out on the other battles, unfortunately. But, on the bright side, he woke up feeling better than ever. He noticed a few changes in his body, for instance, he was a bit bigger, his hair was now dark purple, and his eyes were the same, as black as they can be, but they looked lifeless.

As if he went through the worst traumatic experience ever. Anyway, after turning off the Tv he looked at the ceiling and let out a loud refreshing sigh. Everything during the festival went just as expected, except the part where he found out, that people here are way more powerful than what he was anticipating.

But still, with time, just like the members of 1-A, he'll get more and more powerful. Mineta opened his system book, and when he opened it, without doing anything, the book itself flipped one of its main pages.

And that person obviously would be Mei, after all, she's a genius inventor, although she's only 16, she's already on par with inventors that have to spend their entire life creating gadgets. While Mineta was thinking the door opened, and it was none other than Recovery girl.

"Well look at you, I'm sure you had a nice nap" Recovery girl said while walking towards him, Mineta smiled, "I mean...I do feel like a new person" He replied.

"Well good, you've been preventing me from going home, I'm not even going to check you, I can already see that you're more than fine" Recovery girl said while standing next to his bed taking a few notes, Mineta looked at her with a straight face.

"Don't you want me to stay longer to check the differences in my body? Like common, my quirk awakened" Mineta said with a voice of confidence, Recovery girl stopped writing whatever and looked at him.

"...well I am interested, but I've already had a few patients who've gone through a quirk awakening, I'll give you some advice boy, just because your quirk awakened doesn't necessarily mean you've gotten stronger, there's more danger to this world than you know, take hold of this new power you've awakened, and instead of getting cocky, become stronger and surpass your past self" Recovery girl said with a wise voice, with time comes experience as they say, and the older, the wiser.

Mineta was taken back by this but it got him thinking. She was right, the world is more dangerous than what he knows, not only Japan but the entire world, who's to say there's not someone out there stronger, eviler, than all for one. He can't get cocky now when it's just the beginning, that would disrespect all the heroes that have spent their entire life fighting unknown villains to protect the people.

"I apologize, you're right, I can't get cocky now, thank you for opening my eyes" Mineta said seriously, from here on out, it will only get harder.

"Good seems like you've taken my advice to heart, now go home home" Recovery girl said, Mineta nodded and went to the locker room to get dressed, he was still wearing the very messed up U.A gym uniform.

"..." Mineta was absolutely speechless after wasting 210 of his 213 winners points, this was legendary, the second he saw it, he couldn't help but buy it, Mineta always wanted to be a badass swordsman, and now, well as you can see he can!

And the enhanced hearing, he bought it because he got inspired by Tengen since he also has it and it helped a lot, so he bought it only costing 10 winners points since obviously it isn't very powerful He was beyond shock, with this he can become just like Tengen.

Now he has only 3 winners points though...well that doesn't matter anymore, he can duel-wield swords! that's what matters!

Mineta was standing in front of the support department classroom punching the air out of pure happiness, then suddenly, he heard footsteps from behind the door in front of him, he quickly backed up and the door got swung up.

"Huh, wait your that kid that got his quirk awakened!" Mei Hatsume said with a smile, everything about her was just beaming with joy as if, Mineta looked at her and decided to kind off match her energy.

"That's m-me!" Mineta said with an accidental voice crack at the end, there was an awkward silence for a few seconds until Mei spoke again.

"So what brings you here?" She asks still smiling, Mineta looked at her and smiled, "Wanna become my personal inventor?" Mineta says as if it was a normal question and getting straight to the point, Mei looked at him with a smile confused as to what he just said, she blinked a few times.

"What?" She said, Mineta chuckled, "I mean, do you want to become my personal inventor in the way that every time I need you to create something you'd do it and you can help me on my hero suit, stuff like that" Mineta said.

Mei thought about it for a few seconds, "If you can help me test out my babies and help me with them from time to time then sure" She said.

Mineta looked at her and smiled, he extended his hand, "Seems like we got ourselves a deal" Mineta said while shaking Mei's hand.

"Wanna start now, I need to work on my new hero suit as soon as possible as well as a few other things" Mineta told Mei, her smile somehow getting even bigger and brighter.

"Of course, just give me the blueprints" Mei said, but when she finished speaking Mineta walked into her class.

"I forgot to tell you, I'll be helping you out!" He voiced out while inspecting the things in her class, Mei looked at him for a few seconds.

"Are you going to stay here to help me out now? I mean it's already after school, I'll be building your stuff all night, don't know if you can handle that, I even have a bed here as well, I basically live here" Mei said as if it was something normal, Mineta gave her a side glance.

"Than until my hero suit is done, I'll also be living here, excuse my intrusion" Mineta said with an innocent smile the last part jokingly while giving her a quick bow.

"... you're an odd one, but I like it!" Mei said, oddly enough, they seem to get along.
