1 A FUCKING BOOK?!?

In this fantastic world where people at the age of 4 awaken superpowers, you could see in a teenager's room a child waking up, or that's what anyone would say if they were to see the teenager, he had the height of a small child but is way older then he seems.

His room had explicit posters of women, some of them being fan art of female heroes. Ignoring the room, you could see the teenager waking up, he slowly rubbed his eyes, and after a few seconds, he finally opened his pitch-black eyes.

"Ugh, my head is fucking killing me" The teenager said while rubbing his temples, after a few seconds he finally realized something...

"...why do I sound like this?" He spoke with worry in his voice, he instantly got out of his bed and ran towards the mirror in his room.

"WHAT THE FUCK!!!" He yelled, he couldn't believe it, he was Mineta! The perverted, weak, nobody loves, peace of shit, that gets hated more than Hisoka who's a literal pedo. No, but for real people, how is that possible.

'WAS I REINCARNATED?! Or Isekaid?!?!' He screamed in his mind, his right hand reached for his cheek, and he gave it a strong pinch.

'Nope! This isn't a dream!' He thought, 'What about my friends and family...wait friends, family? I can't remember jack shit, all I can remember is anime bullshit!' He finally realized that he had no recollection of friends, family, or lovers, absolutely nothing.

'Okay, first of all, let's calm down' He finally decided to do something smart, he looked at himself in the mirror and moved his body around, he then looked at the sticky balls on the top of his head. He pulled one out and instantly another one grew...

'Fuck, I wanna cry so bad, why Mineta!' He thought, he then stuck the ball to the mirror, it had quite the sticky feeling.

'Okay, knowing the situation I am in, and from the novels and fan-fics, I've read...All I can do is move on, the chances that I died and ended up here are pretty high but we will never know' Mineta finally became one with himself and accepted the situation.

'Wow, looking at myself is completely different from the anime...which I barely watched!' He cried, he was one of the weakest characters in a world of unfairness.

While Mineta was thinking of a few things, he caught a glimpse of something on his desk, it was a book, but for some reason, he got this weird feeling while staring at it. Finally, he decided to check it out.

He walked toward his desk and sat on the chair, he got a closer look at the book and the front cover was just black. He reached out his hand to touch the book, and the second he touched it, it was enveloped in bright light.

He covered his eyes with his other hand and after a few seconds passed, he uncovered his hands and then he saw it, in front of him was a digital book, similar to a system and the title was.

[The book of Improvement]

'THANK GOD! I have some kind of golden finger!' Mineta thought to himself, the book in front of him then changed to the first page.

[To start the first page of your life, you will be given Supernatural Perception]

[ Supernatural perception: User's perceptive abilities are glaringly, obviously, super/unnaturally superior to others, allowing for superhuman analytical and observational skills as well as a keen eye for details, beyond normal limitations of their species because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level, making their perception immensely more powerful than any regular being.]

After Mineta finished reading, he instantly felt his brain going through some sort of evolution, and after a few seconds of receiving the power, he already started analyzing the digital book in front of him. To start off, he gave the book a shorter name, from now on it shall be called, the system book.

Second, he analyzed that he was given power and the book is called The book of improvement, so putting two and two together, this book will give him powers to become more powerful. Whichever way, either mentally, or physically. Maybe it can give him more stuff but that's for later to find out.

The book then flipped a page but before he could start reading, the door of his room opened, "Stop jacking off Mineta and prepare for school!" Mineta's father exclaimed, unlike Mineta, he looked like a regular middle age man with purple hair.

"Hai!" Mineta then prepared for school while having a storm of thoughts going through his head, he had already become more powerful than he when he woke up.

While going to school, Mineta learned more about the system book, he learned that there were also techniques and items in it but there was nothing overpowered, it was all just "weak" superpowers, or what would be considered weak, however in reality, each one of them is extremely useful for certain situations.

With the supernatural perception Mineta now has, each superpower for him could be easily turned into something overpowered as well as the techniques. Well not that he was stupid before he got it.

Another thing he learned is that there are 2 ways he can get these powers, techniques, and items:

1. Buying powers/techniques with Winners points, by winning in any game, duel, or even in a fight, Mineta will receive winners points depending on what was played and who the opponent is, with these winners points he can use them to buy powers, techniques, and items.

2. As time passes, the book will Flip its pages, meaning Mineta entered another page of his life, and he will be given a power, technique, or an item that shall help him.

There is another option as well, but this is only limited to techniques and information, before Mineta left for school he ran a few quick experiments, and one of his theories ended up being right, the system is able to take in information from other books and he can instantly learn it.

He learned this by using one of the many porn magazines in his room and the system book drained all the information out of the magazine and it all went to Mineta's head which he instantly learns, let's just say, now Mineta knows how to do a couple of sex positions.

Those are the two ways plus the other options, quite easy am I right? Well if you closely think about the first one, then he can earn Winners points by even winning a game of rock paper scissors. So not only is it easy, Mineta can spam the fuck out of it as well.

Mineta was already thinking of thousands of things, like can It work on video games? Animals? There were so many possibilities. And with the fact he can instantly learn anything from a book, he can use this by getting martial arts books from this world and instantly learn it. The possibilities were endless.

Mineta thought for a few more minutes about a few things and before he knew it, he had reached the classroom of class 1-A.

"This is the chance you'll get only once a year...for a total of 3 chances if you aim to be a hero, this event you can't overlook" Aizawa finished his epic speech about the sports festival, and soon after the bell ran signifying the end of 4th period.

Everyone then slowly formed their group of friends to talk about the sports festival, meanwhile, Mineta stayed in his seat thinking of a few things. He was going to think about the 2 weeks of training he has later but for now...

'God damn, no wonder Mineta was a pervert, all the girls are fucking diamonds when you see them in actual life, of course, I'm not going to have a harem or something, that's too much work and stupid, and making one is even dumber, rather just have one girl that I can love and cherish that can handle my sex drive' Mineta thought to himself, unknown to his friend was walking towards him.

"what are you thinking about Mineta?" Kaminari asked, Mineta, turned around to face him, and got off his chair.

"Nothing, Ima head to the library, wanna come?" Mineta asks, he was going to drain the information out of all the useful books, especially the one with combat in it.

"...what?" Kaminari could not believe that Mineta just said something as ridiculous as going to the library! He was thinking his mind was playing games with him!

"Can you repeat that?" Kaminari aks again, making sure that he wasn't insane and that his ears were working.

"I said, Do. You. Want. To. Go. To. The. Library. With. Me" Mineta slowly says, making sure Kaminari understands, and Kaminari finally realized it. Yep. He was going insane.
