In the outskirts of star dou forest, we can see a humongous dog with purplish-dark fur and a sharp claw standing firmly on the ground. Below the dog is a kid around six years old who has a pale face.
''Stop...'' Lin Feng muttered with a pale face as Kro's weight was so heavy, even though his fur was fluffy!
''Kro!'' He shouted while feeling suffocated by Kro's body and tried to push it away from him.
''Woof!'' Kro finally let Lin Feng out of him and he was finally able to take a deep breath.
Kro's tilted his head while staring at Lin Feng and the big doggo patted his head with its paw.
''W-What!?'' Lin Feng felt humiliated somehow, but because of Kro's cuteness, he just let it go.
"Grey! Show me the new skill description!'' He said while staring at the blue screen.
[Affirmative!]

[Description: You will be able to sync your soul to your summoned soul. After synchronization, you will able to use their skills, but you will only able to use one ability per one summons at the moment because your skill grade is low]
''Okay...'' Lin Feng was shocked because of the advantage of this skill.
''Hmm… Wait! How do I increase the level of skill grade?'' Lin Feng asked with a frown as he doesn't know how to upgrade his skill grade.
[Replying to Host. You can increase your skill grade by increasing your bond with your summons and as long you have enough bond that at least is 60%, you will be able to sync with them!]
''So...'' Lin Feng set his gaze toward Kro, ''How is the bond between me and Kro??'' He asked.
[Scanning...]
[Kro's Bond: 77%]
''Hmm, It's pretty high!'' Lin Feng commented while looking at the big doggo, who is innocently staring back at him.
'I don't do anything, though?' He thought before remembering the chicken nugget that he gave to Kro.
''Chicken nuggets?'' He helplessly smiled when he realized what was the cause of the high percentage of their bond.
''Grey?'' Lin Feng said, ''Show me the list of Kro's skills!''

''Hmm, backlash, huh...'' Lin Feng muttered thinking about something.
''What kind of ability do I have to choose…?'' He added.
''Dark scar is definitely Kro's best ability.'' Lin Feng murmured with slight hesitation. ''But, I doubt I will able to use it with this kind of body...''
'I also don't know what kind of backlash I will get.' He thought with a little hesitation to choose dark scar, but in the end, he decided to pick intimidation as he could control his aura with it.
''Grey?''

''How do I use my skill?'' Lin Feng asked with a wry smile as he didn't think about it first.
[Replying to host! Think 'activate!' to use your skills while choosing what kind of skills you want to use!]
''Kro, come here!'' Lin Feng shouted while Kro ran towards him like he wanted to tackle him again.
''Stop!'' He said with a stop hand sign, making Kro take a sudden brake and sliding perfectly in front of him.
''Synchronization...'' Lin Feng said before touching Kro's fur and closing his eyes.
Lin Feng arrived at a white space, and he could see three balls of light floating in the air.
The first light ball is white with a bland feature.
The second one is also white but it was slightly more shiny than the first one.
The third and last one is a dark light with a purple hue around it.
Lin Feng could feel a compelling pressure coming from the last ball and easily guess that the last one is the dark scar skill.
'Let's try it for a bit...' He thought before hesitantly trying to touch the dark light, only to be repelled by an invisible force!
*Bang!*
''Ugh, my hands!'' Lin Feng groaned in pain.
''So, I can't even choose dark scar huh...'' Lin Feng muttered with a frown while his hand was shaking because of the repelled force.
He then let out a sigh as he touched the second light ball, which was the intimidation skill, and got pulled into the reality where Kro is cluelessly staring at him.

''Eh? The skill grade become lower and passive, really?'' Lin Feng said with a surprised tone.
''Don't tell me, I have to train it?'' He added with a sigh.

[The skill got adjusted to your body, So a small change will appear on the ability you get from synchronization!]
''Haah...'' Lin Feng then face palmed himself, ''Of course, the effect that I wanted is too good to be true!''
''Whatever! I also have to go to the nearest village or town soon or else it will be annoying when it become dark.'' He muttered before walking around the carriage in hope to find anything valuable like money and he found a few pieces of copper, silver coins and a gold coin.
"Hmm, a gold coin?" Lin Feng said with a little surprise tone when he found a gold coin in these carriages.
'This weird or maybe not?' He thought with a frown because of Lin Feng's memories, gold coins are pretty valuable in this world.
''Well, they're dead already.'' He muttered and continued searching for valuable items.
''Kro!''
''Woof!''
''Let's go to the other place first!'' Lin Feng said while trying to climb up to Kro's back.
'I'm too short!' He thought while feeling his body got pulled up by something.
It was Kro who used his teeth to bite Lin Feng's clothes and place him on his back.
''Thank you, Kro!'' Lin Feng said while feeling the warmness from Kro's body.
''Go to the east!'' He commanded while pointing his finger to the east.
''Let's go!''
''Woof!''
''Wha-!'' Lin Feng almost fell from Kro's body as he was running too fast! ''Uugh...''
After a few minutes of running, Kro stopped when it saw a river. Lin Feng laid on Kro's fur while breathing extensively.
''100 coppers, five silvers, and a gold coin?'' After calming down for a while, he stated while throwing the coins inside his inventory.
''I can live for a few weeks with this money, I guess,'' Lin Feng added while enjoying the fluffiness of Kro's fur.
''Soft and warm...'' He commented with a smile.
''Let's rest for a little bit!''
''Woof!''
'Jonathan, Scavenger guild... Just wait for me!' Lin Feng thought and a vicious light flicked in his eyes before he closed his eyes.
