30 Why He?

The cafe's aroma air was dancing happily while all the people sitting there with a wide smile on their faces.

Mia and her teacher were talking happily like old friends who met after a long lockdown.

Mr.Kim met Mia when she was 10year old and was fighting with the students who were bullying her. He saw her power in kicks, she kicks faster and more powerful. Her crystal blue eyes were burning with anger at that time. After that, he starts teaching her like a teacher. Mr. and Mrs. Kim didn't have any children but later they started treating Mia as their own child. Mia also cares for them like her own family. 

Later they all complete their incomplete family.

After an hour Mia and Mr.Kim went out of the cafe because Kim had a class to attend. Kim looked at his brat with happy eyes and Mia hugged him tightly.

Mr. Kim kissed on the forehead of the Mia and said powerlessly, " Take care"

Mr. Kim's heart was feeling like it got its list part.

Mia nodded and they both went into their own directions.

Mia looked at Mr .kim who was going towards the school silently and peacefully.

After some time Mia's phone rang.

She looked at the number and her eyes started narrowing. She answered it with a cold face.

"Hello," she said calmly.

" You daughter of bitch … how dare to harm my son"

She listened to the familiar voice and that was of 'Kia'(her stepmother)

"Thomas... What's wrong with him"She asked anxiously.

" you don't know… huh?" Kia said bitterly.

"...." 

" If my son doesn't return home safely I will kill you, "Kia said furiously.

And the call ended.

Mia starts scratching her neck harshly and her face becomes depressed. 

"What the hell" she cried with many emotions.

And after some time she helplessly called Thomas' friend.

"Where are you? " she questioned rashly as soon as he picked up the call.

" H.. Hello" the shaky voice answered.

" where are you " She cried in a hostile voice. 

" Mia Sister... I am at the Xx hotel." 

"I will be there soon"

She hung the call and went away.

*after 15 minutes*

Mia went into the huge hotel and she was walking furiously towards the CEO's office. Everyone looked at her but no one dared to face her. Her eyes were burning like a killer.

"Where is Thomas, "She asked as soon as she opened that door.

A man with short black hair and dark eyes looked at Mia frightenedly.

" Sister," he said as he never saw Mia like that.

"Where ?" She shouted.

" He attacked the Demise gang to take revenge. He was not happy with your marriage"

"This child … How can we take him here safely" Mia raised a question.

" He is captured by them and as per the rules, someone had to defeat the leader of the gang to…. to take the Thomas from there"

"Prepare a man's clothes for me " She ordered without thinking for a second.

"You will …." He asked anxiously.

"Do anyone else have courage" 

She said and a deep silence appeared.

….

*after an hour*

Mia comes out of the room. She was wearing a green cloak, a hood draping her head. She wore black jeans to complement the color of the cloak. On her arms, she wore black leather arm-length gloves.

Except for her round-shaped dimpled chin, nothing was visible. She was looking like a  male assassin.

And they hurriedly went towards the base of Demise. 

The car stopped at the long old building in the empty area. A person can't see a single bird in that area. 

 She went out of the car and dim sun rays fell on her. She was looking like a strong assassin who will kill anyone, who dares to come in her way.

A strong aura was coming out from her fragile body.

..

They entered into the base and everyone's eyes were on her.

In the end, they entered the darkroom. And she saw Thomas lying unconscious on the floor.

She looked at him and her heart started breaking. She stepped towards him.

But a familiar voice stopped her.

"Who are you".

She looked at the person whom she never expected to see there 'AUDEN' she whispered to herself.

"He is our fighter," Thomas's friend answered confidently.

"So, he can defend Auden" a second familiar voice came.

'Kelvin' 

They both men were looking like a beast of the Jungle.

Mia looked at them with her shocked and furious eyes. And her eyes were looking at the real face of his which he was hiding under his innocence.

'Why he? ' She cried to herself and her heart started breaking without any reason.
