1 Just Friends

"are you ready for the performance tomorrow, I mean we are performing in from of the whole school, but there's seven of us" Taehyung says walking by Jungkook side. "I'm ready what about you?"Jungkook asks. "yup I'm ready!" Taehyung exclaims.

There's a secret only Jin hyung knows, Taehyung has a crush on Jungkook, but would never tell him because he's scared he'll ruin their friendship.

"hey guys!" Yoongi says walking up to them with a big smile on his face. "you look happy today"Jungkook says. "yes I am, Jimin agreed to go on a date with me!" Yoongi says happily. "hey Jungkook who do you have a crush on, I know you have a crush on someone, but who?" Yoongi says curious. "someone in the group" Jungkook says. "better not be Jimin" Yoongi says. "don't worry hyung, it's not Jimin, or you, so be free to date him"Jungkook says. "ok, who I it then" Yoongi asks. Jungkook whispers something into Yoongi ear and Yoongi eyes shoot open. "really?, I heard he had a crush on Jin" Yoongi says. "I know but I still have a crush on him" Jungkook says. there was only one person Taehyung could think of that had a crush on Jin and that was Namjoon. Taehyung felt his heart sink down to his stomach. "I'll talk to you guys later" Yoongi says then walks away.

"it's Namjoon, isn't it?" Taehyung asks Jungkook. Jungkook could hear the hurt in his best friends voice. "yeah, what's wrong?" Jungkook asks. "nothing" Taehyung replies. "come on, you could tell me anything, your my best friend" Jungkook says putting his arm around Taehyung shoulder. "my parents started fighting again" Taehyung said. Jungkook knew he was lying, but just decided to ignore I. "oh, come on let's get to class before the bell rings" Jungkook says.

at lunch

"hi Jin hyung" Taehyung says walking up to Jin. Jin could hear the sadness in his voice. "what happened?" Jin asked. "Jungkook has a crush on Namjoon...and I know he doesn't know I have a crush on him, but it still broke my heart to hear him say that" Taehyung explains to Jin. "oh, poor thing" Jin says giving Taehyung a hug. Taehyung starts to cry a little into Jins shirt. "shh, it's ok" Jin says comforting Taehyung.

Jungkook walks up to Namjoon "hi Namjoon, have you seen Tae anywhere?" Jungkook asks. "nope, hey wanna go to the café after school?" Namjoon asks. "who's all going?"Jungkook asks. "actually it'll be just us, if that's ok with you" Namjoon says. Jungkook could feel his heart flutter and butterflies grow in his stomach. Namjoon knows that Jungkook has a crush on him, so might as well gonna give him a chance, right?. "yeah that's fine with me"Jungkook replies, his cheeks a little red.

Jungkook spots Taehyung crying into Jins shirt. "why is Tae crying?" Jungkook says. Namjoon turns his head and sees Tae crying into Jins shirt. "I don't know, let's go cheek it out" Namjoon says. the 2 boys walk over to the other 2. "Tae, why are you crying?" Jungkook asks. "n- nothing" Tae says. it makes Jungkook a little angry because Taehyung won't tell him why he's crying. "well it's not nothing if your crying, what's wrong?" Jungkook asks again. "I told you this morning" Taehyung says. "I know your lying, but whatever, if you don't wanna tell me then don't tell me but just know that I'm your best friend and I'll always be here for you" Jungkook says then walks away. "what's wrong?" Namjoon asks Jin. "he's heart broken" Jin replies. "by who?" Namjoon asks. "Jungkook" Taehyung says just above a whisper. "oh, I'm sorry" Namjoon says. "why are you sorry?" Jin asks Namjoon confused, he should have no reason to be sorry. "because....I'm taking Jungkook on a date after school" Namjoon breaths out. Jin eyes shoot open and so does Taehyung. "really?" Jin asks surprised, Jin thought Namjoon had a crush on him, not Jungkook. "yeah" Namjoon says. "it's fine, I want Jungkook to be happy" Taehyung says forcing a smile. Namjoon just nods and walks away. "I'm sorry that you and Jungkook are just friends" Jin says.
