Caught In The Act
Princess Marie had been enjoying showing off her knight by bringing him to a luncheon hosted by the palace. This type of thing was always catered toward the younger nobles from various prestigious families and it seemed like the perfect place to add to the rumors swirling about her and Henry.
After the fight they had over the last campaign, a maid had been talking about how she had witnessed Henry storm out of the princess's room. Since word traveled fast, the princess felt that it was best to take advantage of the situation the next time Henry was in the palace.
She had even gone so far as to send him the clothing he wore because she was excited for him to finally join court life even though the thought of women ogling him made her nervous, he would mostly be around men during the meeting.
