Then a small white that have a shape of circle appeared in the hand of komuro, after looking on it a few second he start putting it on his mouth after a few second komuro feel his body burning then after a few minutes his body starting to hurt and komuro start letting out a groan.
Then after an hour it starting to hurt like hell that komuro start shouting, after a few minutes of shouting some black liquid are flowing out throught his skin, When the hurting start to fade away and his room smell like shit he goes to the bathroom to wash his body.
After cleaning his body he goes back to his room and goes outside immediately and when he see a mirror downstairs he look at himself and right now you can see a 180 cm man, with a lean body but have a compact muscle and have a 6 pack with a tan skin.
He is taller of 4cm before taking the pill and he have more than muscle before taking the pill.
