Misfortune leds to being Transmigrated

"I'm sorry, Lucas. But it's time for our relationship to end."

Lucas can't believe at what he's hearing right now. His girlfriend, want to broke up with him? What? Why? They've been in a relationship for almost three years. Everything was going so well, but why did his girlfriend suddenly want to broke up with him?

"You're a nice man, Lucas. But you can't give me everything I want, you can't even take me to have a dinner in a place that I want."

Seriously? Is this the reason she want to broke up? Lucas remember that his girlfriend always want to eat at a fancy restaurant, but the food at that place is expensive, he was just a highschooler, where can he get the money to pay for the food?

"So... You're saying that I'm poor? So you broke up with me?"

The girl fell in silence. What she says before is just subtly saying Lucas is poor and can't afford to treat her at an expensive restaurant. But she didn't say anything, she just stared at Lucas in front of her.

"Yes, you're right, it's because you're poor that she decided to broke up with you."

A voice came from behind Lucas. Lucas turned around and saw his bestfriend walking closer to him, while his face clearly showed a disdain that's thrown to Lucas.

"You don't deserve her, Lucas. She doesn't want a poor man like you, who want to date a poor man anyway? She only dates you because she feels pity with you."

This man is called Toby. He was Lucas childhood's friend, they went to kindergarten to highschool together. Lucas always treated him like his own brother. But lo and behold, Toby betrayed him, he stole Lucas girlfriend and doesn't even regret it.

"What is wrong with you, Toby?! We're friends for years! Why would you do this to me?!"

"It's because my parents forced me to, I don't want to be friends with lowlife like you, you're better off being alone."

Lucas clenched his fist. He really wanted to punch Toby, but he can't, he can't punch his friend even though he has betrayed him. He is angry beyond belief, he just wanted to punch someone to relieve his anger now.

While Lucas thinking whether he should punch Toby or not, a black sedan suddenly approached them. A man in a suit comes out of the car and opened the door to the passenger seat.

"Now, I'm gonna take my girlfriend to hangout somewhere else, have fun enjoying your weekend, Lucas."

Toby and his girlfriend got in the car, leaving Lucas standing alone in front of the school yard. Everyone was looking at him. Everyone was mostly laughing at his misfortune, very few took a pity on him.

Lucas took a deep breath and released it. He glanced at everyone that's mocking him. Hatred slowly growing in his heart, he hated his girlfriend for abandoning him, he hated Toby for betraying him, he hated everyone for laughing at him. He always thought that emo kids who hated everything is ridiculous, but who would've tought that Lucas now turning into something similar now?

He walked away from the school courtyard, walking aimlessly until he got home and to his bedroom without him realizing it. Lucas lives alone in his house, his parents died from a car crash when he was six years old. None of his relatives visited him since that. The last time Lucas saw his relatives was when they were burying his parents.

He hated them for that. Why didn't they visited him? Did they forget about him? Lucas don't know the reason. But, he still remember clearly that the only family member that cares about him is his grandparent. Sadly, they has passed away because of old age.

"Is this what you want!?" Lucas screamed, his voice is full of anger. "Is this what you want, God!? Are you having fun up there!?"

"In fact, I do."

"What the sh**"

Lucas jumped from his bed, almost falling to the floor because of the unknown voice in his head.

"Who are you!"

"Me? I am a God, it's simple. But not like the God that you read in those holy book."

"F**k you talking about? Speak clearly! I swear if this is a prank--"

"Sigh. Looks like you are not only have bad luck, apparently you're stupid too."

"You freakin' as--"

"Alright, that's enough. You will face me, now."

In an instant, Lucas was transported to a strange place. There was literally nothing in here, everything is white for some reason. Wow, is he dead now?

"No, you're not dead. You're just transported to the God Realm."

"What God Realm? Is this the government doing some weird experiment with me?"

"What? Do you still think this is in your world?"

"Yea...?"

For the first time, the voice in his head stopped, the voice clearly didn't expect Lucas to be this stupid. Even though he's a God, he started to question the person he chose.

"Enough joking around. Lucas Faraday, do you know why you're here?"

"No, obviously. Do you think anyone would know why there's suddenly a voice in their head and then they're transported to this... strange place? do you think anyone would have the slightest idea why they are here?"

"You are here because you're chosen, Lucas. You're chosen to be The Emperor."

"Alright, whoever this is, it's not funny anymore. I'm hungry, i want to eat, get me out of here so i can get something to eat."

All of a sudden, a chicken sandwich and a coca cola appeared in front of him. Neat! Now he believes that he's actually facing a God.

"Alright, i'm listening."

"You're chosen to be an Emperor, but not as the Emperor of mankind, but as the Emperor of monster."

"Oh, nice, I can get my own ha--what?!"

"You heard it."

At first, Lucas thought that he's going to be the Emperor like from the game that he played long time ago. Called something with 40k in it, he can't remember. But he's going to be the Emperor for monster? This is not how the script supposed to be.

"Are you serious?"

"In fact, you will become the Emperor for everything that is not human."

"But I'm a human, though?"

"You will find out by yourself how to lead this non-human race and unite them under the same banner. Don't you always read those thing called fantasy novels? In the future, you will lead Orc, Goblins, Dragons, Elves, and even Demons."

"I--"

"Enough talking, it's time for you to work, I gave you something to help you in your journey. Until we meet again, Lucas."

Before Lucas can even react, he was transported--again--to a different place. This time a forest. But in front of him, stood three goblins holding a wooden club in their hands. They look confused while staring at Lucas that just appeared out of nowhere a second ago.

"H-hello?"

Hearing Lucas speaks, the three goblins suddenly attacked him with their wooden club. Bashing him in the head, knocking him out. After that, the three goblins tied Lucas up and dragged him to the forest. Where they will present Lucas to their chieftain.
