"S-secretary?" Yukio asked back, looking Ha Joon dead in the eye; her blushing face hinted she was still feeling the heat cross through her body.

"Yes, in other words, I want to hire you. You're already my personal maid, now just think of this as being the upper maid boss level." Ha Joon replied with a grin.

Yukio, still bewildered at the fact Ha Joon rejected her, found the idea a bit overwhelming, not only did she fail to be the one pulling the strings of a man, he was the one now pulling her strings.

She looked to the side, her rosy eyes sparkling as she spoke -

"If that is what the mas-"

"You can refuse if you want, so nothing about what I want."

Yukio looked at him, almost frustrated.

"I…accept." she answered.

"Very good, work starts immediately." Ha Joon smiled at her.

…..

/A few hours later/

'Okay, I have successfully made Yukio my secretary, now all that's left is Mordred…'

Ha Joon shrugged at the mention of her name, he was walking down the castle halls with his hands cupped around the back of his head.

'This might be the hardest thing I've ever done since I arrived here, I still want to punch that woman in the face for what she did to me… but then again, Artoria did just tell me a touching story about them, kinda gives me more enlightenment on her abit.'

[I have successfully located Morded with the Icon tag.]

[She is at the stable.]

'She's with the horses? I'll be damned. System, run me a brief reminder on the quests I haven't touched'.

[You only have one main quest.]

[Helping Camelot's economy.]

Ha Joon grinned.

'I'm about to do some kingdom building, let us begin'.

….

Ha Joon, acting like a stalker, hid inside one of the stables housing the horses, while peeping through the hole to see Mordred, feeding the horses.

Like always, she was dressed in her usual fit, short jeans with a black inner, complimented by her red jacket.

Her white blade was resting on the door of the stable as she took it upon herself to feed her horses one by one, a total number of five.

'At Least she dresses well, so that's a win. But how on earth do I convince this Impulsive girl to be my bodyguard? She looks like the exact definition of intolerant'.

[You have a new Side quest.]

[ Side Quest: 'New acquaintance'.]

[Objective: As the Prime minister you need to be surrounded by strong people, make Mordred your close partner.]

[Reward: 1 skill points.]

'Oh come on! Are you doing this on purpose?! Giving me skills you damn well know I don't want to do?'.

[Quest are given based on specific events played, the algorithm decides.]

'The fuck do you mean the algorithm, this isn't some app with tons of-'

Creek-!

Ha Joon squeaked a bit as he noticed the door to the stable he was hiding in had opened.

In front of him was Mordred, looking down at him with a disgusted look on her face.

"Well hello, fancy meeting you here, you also come here to feed the horses?" Ha Joon voiced out with a smile.

What followed next was a huge implosion, debris flying everywhere as Ha Joon bursted out of the stable, his feet sliding on the ground.

'Of course the first thing she does is attack me.' Ha Joon slowly lowered his arm.

The dust was clearing, and out came Mordred, her blade in her hands.

"You must have a death wish, staying away wasn't enough, you decided your peanut sized brain should spy on me while I'm feeding my horse, quite the fool you are… ".

"Peanut….size?"

"Or did you think I forgot about the shit you pulled back in the workshop, I'm going to carve you up, and send your head back to the palace for the king to see!!!".

"You'd kill the prime minister?" Ha Joon took a leap back as Mordred charged forward.

"He died accidentally!!!".

The first sword slash came, and then Ha Joon noticed something, she was slower than the first time she attacked him; no, he was faster.

He arched to the side, watching the shock expression on Mordred's face as her blade was heading to the ground.

With a single smack to the back of the head, Mordred fell to the ground, unconscious.

'Well that was oddly easy, I guess I have been growing stronger then.' He sighed, 'Okay princess, You ArE cOmIng With mE'.

He picked her up from the ground and placed her on her shoulder while holding her blade on the other hand.

As he walked, the workers looked at him, their faces hitched with fear as the Traveler walked past them, carrying Mordred's unconscious body on his shoulder.

It wasn't the fact the new prime minister of Camelot was in the stable, without guards around him, it was the fact, somehow, for the first time in years, Mordred was being carried by someone, and a man for that matter.

Night time came and Ha Joon was seated on his working table. On the bed was Morded, tied with red glowing chains that Yukio had helped him conjure.

'Hmm, so if I use one skill point, it increases a skill rank immediately. If that's the case, my shield skill is quite helpful; it forms numbers of layers of shields around my body like a coat, hmm, no debate then'.

[Would you like me to allocate 1 skill point to the Novice skill Shield?]

'Yes.'

[The Novice skill Shield has evolved into the amateur skill shield.]

Still seated on the chair, Ha Joon activated the skill, a sliver-like aura surrounding his body, only a few inches apart from his skin.

Using his other hand, Ha Joon let in small piercing flames and pressed it against the aura.

At first, the silver surface withstood the pressure, but then gradually, the first layer cracked, and then the second, until four layers went off and Ha Joon's skin was exposed.

'So two layers difference? A single hit from the Demigod would shatter it, perhaps I made a mistake using my only skill points on this useless skill…'

Clank!

The sound of chains yanking echoed behind him.
