Therefore, silencing Vander Decken IX was paramount. King Neptune's approach was refreshingly direct.

After disposing of the troublemakers, Shirahoshi was now a human of average size. Though still mastering walking, it wasn't a major hurdle.

Jinbei joined Luo Ning's crew. Luo Ning didn't assign him any specific tasks, simply asking him to collaborate with Zephyr's works.

Zephyr had been on a relentless pirate-hunting spree, capturing every confirmed criminal he encountered. However, due to Luo Ning's temporary absence from Impel Down, recently apprehended pirates were held in temporary detention. The possibility of innocent people among them necessitated holding off until Luo Ning's return or Violet's.

Jinbei typically didn't need to be stationed at the main prison; staying on Fishman Island sufficed, as long as he cooperated with law enforcement efforts.

Luo Ning held complete trust in Zephyr. After all, Luo Ning possessed mind-reading abilities, and Zephyr hadn't reached the extreme depicted in the original story. Naturally, he could accept those whom Luo Ning deemed trustworthy. Jinbei himself was a former Shichibukai.

Jinbei's defection from the Shichibukai, Fishman Island's affiliation with Impel Down, and the recent mass deaths of slavers caused many human trafficking rings with influential backers to cease operations on Fishman Island.

Of course, this only applied to the majority. Some, driven by greed, had long disregarded life and death in pursuit of profit. These individuals persisted. However, their numbers had dwindled significantly.

Meanwhile, Luo Ning took the two girls on a sightseeing tour of Fishman Island. The announcement of Hody Jones' crimes had softened, but only slightly, the animosity that the merfolk held towards humans.

After all, this kind of hatred accumulates over time and can't be easily erased.

This essentially provided double the insurance, minimizing the number of hostile stares Luo Ning received. Of course, a few individuals, akin to past troublemakers, would always exist.

These individuals, however, lacked power. Confined to the shadows, they could only fester in their hatred, even attempting to poison the minds of their offspring.

However, thanks to Hody Jones' incident, such hostility is rare. After all, Hody Jones not only killed Otohime but also nearly dragged Fishman Island down to hell. While they may harbor hatred for humans, it doesn't extend to their own kind. Looking back on it now, it fills them with horror.

"I heard there's a very famous fortune teller here on Fishman Island, apparently able to predict anything. How about we give it a try?"

After a few days of exploring Fishman Island, Nami stumbled upon information about a fortune teller and excitedly proposed taking Luo Ning and Robin for a reading.

"Are you serious about going? Do you even know who this person is?"

Luo Ning eyed Nami curiously. Indeed, Fishman Island did boast a powerful fortune teller – Madam Shyarly.

"Who? Is it difficult to meet her?"

Nami inquired doubtfully, her curiosity mirroring Robin's, who stood at an impressive 1.8 meters. While Robin didn't subscribe to prophecies, there was an undeniable air of mystery surrounding Shyarly. Now, with Luo Ning mentioning her identity, Robin's curiosity piqued even further.

Robin had already perused Fishman Island's historical text. While it offered little valuable information, it was a historical text nonetheless.

"This fortune teller's name is Shyarly, and she owns the Mermaid Cafe. But there's another side to her – she's Arlong's younger sister."

Luo Ning revealed this information, leaving Nami and Robin speechless. This detail might be insignificant to others, but for Nami, it held significant weight.
