"Project Zero retreat! I repeat! retreat!"

"Sorry captain! This is the only way!"

Inside a planet were Ants lived. My allies and I tried to conquer this planet for human resources.

Without further research about the planet. Our strategy was useless and many allies were annihilated.

The captain shouted at the radio. Sorry Captain, I am the only one that can do this.

There is no victory in a difficult battle without any sacrifice.

I lured the swarm of ants towards my direction. I looked at the retreating forces and left out a smile.

"Now then, come here you bastards!"

Controlling my mech, I unsheathe the large dual metallic weapon.

Countless of ants swarmed towards me.

I swing my dual weapon perfectly and cut as many ants in half.

But still. I have been outnumbered and cornered.

I looked at the direction to check if my allies retreated successfully.

The Ants tore the arms and legs of my mech.

If I wanted to sacrifice, I don't want to be torn like how the Ants disassembled my mech.

"Now then, activate nuclear warhead. Project human bomb execute!"

[Command Executed.]

Boom!

A large explosion resounded and killed countless ants, the chain reaction kept going until it destroyed the small planet of the Ants.

My consciousness faded, my sacrifice went well and my allies were saved.

I died. I see my memories from the past since I Wh born until my parents died.

Mom and Dad. I'm going to meet you now.

"Eh?! Where is this? Where am I?"

I wake up. My body is half-buried on the ground. Using my elbows I supported my body to stand up.

I can't see buildings or even a single structure. It seems like I'm in a wasteland. Or rather, this is not the world that I live in.

"This is not Planet Z-21. Is this another world? I remember about my sacrifice then I died! This is stupid! I remember I died!"

While shouting in the middle of the wasteland. I heard footsteps coming towards my direction.

My eyes widened and look at the direction where the sound of the footsteps are.

Yes! There are humans here! I rushed towards them while jumping on large rocks.

"W-what are they?"

I stopped my movement and looked at them. They also did stop and looked at me.

I have never seen those creatures, even I have traveled to many planets. I swear I have never seen or known that species.

Humanoid creatures with the head of a boar. They have a large and masculine body while holding large rusty armors and mixed type of armors.

"Human! Delicious!"

"Let's eat human!"

'They can talk? moreover, there are four of them. Do I have to fight? Idiot of course you do! They talked in front of you as If your food!'

I mumbled and motivated my self. I'm not nervous or anything because my body is trained as a human weapon. They also call me Project Zero. Only a few soldiers like me bestowed by the title 'Project'.

I have been trained as a human weapon and to become humanities savior.

[Hostile intention detected. Requesting to activate the battle mode.]

I looked at my wrist.

"The system is still working? Good! Though I am expecting them to fight them with my bare hands but safety first. It's dangerous to be confident with your skills if you don't know your enemies."

Systems are designed to soldiers like me that were bestowed by the title 'Project`. We can deposit and withdraw items. Also, the system has many functions that surpassed the human latest technologies. It was designed by a maniac scientist to improve our battle capability.

I activated the battle mode and chose the weapon that I want.

The projector system is still working so using my index finger I scrolled down and pressed the 'Laser magnum and lightsaber.'

"Now then. Let's dance."

I smiled and rushed towards the creatures. It's funny that they did not attack lately while I'm busy regaining my usual self.

Pew! Pew!

I aim at their heads and pulled the trigger.

They are weak, it only took one shot to kill them immediately.

I killed two in just three seconds then leaped towards the remaining monsters. I swing my lightsaber and aimed at their neck.

The pig-like monsters head were dropped on the floor. As expected. They are really weak.

[Project Zero Battle Rating Increase]

"Huh? Battle rating? What Is This?"

I opened my system and check my condition. The projector board showed my body and it is normal. No red highlights or signs of abnormality to every part of my body.

"I should try using this function."

I pressed the "Search world function". The radar is scanning every part of the wasteland that I am now standing.

[Scanning will finish in thirty minutes.]

I nodded and satisfied with the message. But what confused me is that battle rating thing.

I looked at the monsters, their body is slowly fading then vanished as if they weren't there.

"What the heck is happening?"

I grinned then something was swapped to the monster's body.

It was a coin, meat and their equipment and weapons that they were wearing.

"I need to find out where I am or what kind of planet I have been teleported."

I deposit the drops came from the monsters then continued to walk.

No matter what I think, I'm in a wasteland. The lifeless environment with not a single living thing can be seen.

[Scanning complete. Requesting to register in users brain.]

"Yes."

As I agreed, the knowledge from this unknown place started to enter my brain.

It made my head hurts that even I was trained to endure physical or mental pain, I did not stand against it.

I fell down on the ground, holding my forehead with both hands and rolling on the ground.

If my master sees me like this, it will be the last day of my life! I must endure it!

Few minutes passed then the pain slowly disappeared until its gone.

I learned where I am and what kind of place this is.
