Death the first of many
Ren simply wanted to enjoy the pleasures of life.He was an avid webnovel reader and enjoyed playing games.That all stopped when an 4km asteroid collided with the earth at a speed that would make even the flash blush.
It was needless to say that everyone died that day.Everyone that day met with pitch darkness.But in that darkness a light shone.
Ren was curious about this.This was just like in the webnovels he read.An opportunity to a new life.Just think of the possibilities he could do in another world.
"Hello Ren" A deep masculine voice reverberated about the black void.

"No its just one of our whims we will also give you a powerful ability just like the rest of the people who died on your world."

Ren was shocked.Was it really OK to have such an overpowered ability.It seemed too good to be true.Wait shouldn't he ask some questions first.
"OK I'll be sending you to your world.Do enjoy your exploits."
Before Ren could release a sound his soul disappeared from the pitch darkness.A massive light bulb lit up and a giant sized man wearing a tuxedo was revealed.This enormous man also had a bright orb for a head.
This enormous entity appeared to be in a living room with continuously changing walls that had every possible creature taxerdermied in a small size attached to them.
The entity was currently sitting on a sofa with a book.
"Now which world should I send the last one to." The entity flipped through the pages that depicted countless worlds.
No matter how long the entity flipped through the pages of the book it didn't seem to make any progress in the thickness of the book.The entity then stopped flipping through the pages onto a unique world that was like the Earth but different.
A hologram of the world with red dots all over it appeared above the open book.The hologram began to spin at rapid speeds.
"Now who's the lucky mother?." The entity hovered his moving finger above the surface of the hologram and finally placed it down on the spinning hologram.
"Bop there's the lucky mother."

Ren soon found himself in the body of a baby being looked down upon by his new parents.His mother was an average looking woman with long dark hair and brown eyes.She looked at Ren with a loving beaming expression.
To her right was the man holding Ren who Ren assumed was his father.He had red hair and a black beard.He had an unimpressed and stern expression.
He then began to speak in a language that Ren had never heard before.
"Really that guy couldn't even bother to give me a universal translator." Ren cursed under his breath.Now for the best part.
"Anyways...status...status." Nothing happened however which made Ren confused about his current reality.
"I didn't even get a f*cking system.Isn't that supposed to be the best part about exploring these new worlds.How am I supposed to gain strengh in this world."
Even while Ren was questioning everything in his mind his new parents were having a conversation he couldn't understand.
"Why does he have to become a warrior?.Why can't he be a craftsman or an architect?."
"Valerie this isn't my choice the village elders have made the decision for every child to learn combat to defend themselves as soon as they've come of age.It has to be done."
"But why now I thought things were fine up till now."
"Valerie you ought to understand.Simply keeping our villages population at a constant isn't enough anymore.We keep losing people with every confrontation we have with monsters.We lost eleven warriors in the last confrontation and the senior warriors and mages are starting to feel their age."
Ren saw that the conversation had a negative effect on his mother and he began to wonder if his father was a bad person.He didn't understand anything they had said but he could feel future headaches coming.
