Over the shores of Kattegat Thor, Val, Loki, and Sig soon see a ship at a distance as the ship soon reached the pot and Asluag along with her shieldmaidens. As Thor muttered"It seems trouble is brewing "Sig and Val nodded as Loki said, "So, this is the woman who goes around claiming to be Sigurd and Val's daughter."

This pretty much the main reason she had a bad reputation among the other asgardians.Thor sighed and said"I am sure she saw something in the future for her to take the risk of having Ragnar's child.Otherwise a women such her wouldn't have just had child out of wedlock."

Lagertha with slight confusion questioned"Saw the future?"Thor looked at Lagertha and explained"She is seer or Volva,they are able to peek into the future of people.The thing is future is always in motion.She probably believe the future she saw is set in stone."

Everyone nodded while Lagertha didn't really care about Aslaug much as she was happy with Thor.Aslaug tried to show everyone she is highborn by showing off her shieldmaidens.She made sure to show the fact the child is safe.Ragnar didn't how to feel about this as his relationship with his son and daughter was strained and now with Aslaug coming here,he knew it was going to get worse.

While Ragnar took Aslaug inside the main hall,the food and everything was prepared clearly she didn't like the arrangement,since the disgust was pretty much shown on her face when she saw the goat and hen all in staying same hall.Also Aslaug practically frozen stiff,when she saw Gyda because in her vision she had seen the girl's death,but seeing her here alive and well caused her to be confused and slightly scared.

Another thing was Aslaug noticed Thor and his company having heard about them a lot,she really lusted after Thor a bit,but the person in question completely ignored her and was talking to Lagertha,who was supposed to have been Ragnar's wife.But here the women looked strong and happy,unlike in the vision where she was slightly insecure and timid.

Goat was bleating as Val decided question Aslaug" I heard that your mother was the shield-maiden, Brunhilde?"

Aslaug nod had slight gleam in her as she answered"It's true. Although she died when I was very young."

Sig frowned keeping his anger in check asked" I also heard your father was Sigurd."

Aslaug shook and corrected"Yes,my father is Sigurd who, according to the sagas, killed the dragon Fafnir.People talk about him, it's true, and I'm proud that he was my father. But I never knew him."

Loki decided he had enough of this woman showing off and decided to go for the kill,as he smirked and asked"So you must have his famous sword Gram."

Aslaug was stumped,she knew this particular question was subtly asking"Are you really their child,if you are prove it."

Aslaug was annoyed,but controlled herself with fake smile asked"Who are you?"

Loki with his smirk never leaving his face replied"Loki"

Aslaug remembered her shield maiden saying about the man being brother of Thor,she couldn't help curse and think"Just like his name this man is snake."

So she decided to swirtch topic and looking at Bjorn asked"Do you remember me, Bjorn? Do you remember we stood in front of the Tree of Life?"

Bjorn sneered and cut in"It wasn't Yggdrasil. It was just a tree."

Asluag with fake chuckle replied" You're right. We both know that. It creates a bond between us."

Bjorn snarled and said"I don't think so. We don't have any bond and I don't want any bond with you."

Now their was an uneasy silence,Bjorn looking at his father added"Why don't you just tell her that she has to leave soon?"

Ragnar now didn't know what to do,after all Aslaug was now with his future son's whom he prayed for the gods for.So he decided to speak up"Bjorn please she is a guest,so do not speak to her like that."he whispered the last part"Also your future step mother."

Bjorn was not fool he knew what was happening,his disappointment in his father just grew and Gyda already had a strained relationship with her father just frowned.Thus the future once again changed.
