I always wonder... what is beyond death. some say that the dead goes to reincarnation and be a new person and some say that the dead goes to heaven or hell based on their karma.

but for me... I always wish for a place of death where no one can bother me and from the society that judges me because I'm different. well as a matter of fact

I am dead

I die not from doing heroic or doing anything. I just sleep and never wake up. of course, how could I know that. well... shit.. how do I explain this.

I was greeted by a person in a black space of some sort. a white middle-aged man with blond hair and a tuxedo suit. he starts to smile at me as he said

"Welcome, Kosal. as you probably wondering who am I and where this place is. well as I'm not good at being a bearer of bad news. but you are dead."

"What..."

I was shocked by his statement. how did I die!? I was always an anti-social kid but I was still not ready to die! I still want to see new technology! I still want to see the VR game come true! I still want to read my unfinished novel! there were too many things I want to do!

"well... as I can see.. you still need sometime digest that. but I still have to introduce myself first!"

"I am Zagreus! God of rebirth and hunting!"

As I hear his introduction. I was a stunt. God is real!?

"Yes! God Are Real!"

"Now that I introduce myself..."

as Zagreus said that a file magically appear before him

"well, here it is. Kry Sen Kosal. 14 year old. born in Cambodia. karma..."

as Zagreus read the file. he looks stunned as he read the karma.

"0 karma!? holy mother of me!"

Zagreus look stunted as he quickly over to me and grasp my shoulder.

"Kosal! you are a lucky man! originally I was going to remove your memories and reincarnated you as a baby. but now that you have 0 karma!"
