Rimuru was now in front of a large black wolf with a huge crifre on his forehead next to a star

"It's good to see you well, Master," the wolf said in a thick voice.

Rimuru who was still surprised by the appearance of the wolf asks "Are you really Ranga?"

"Yes" answers Ranga, "After I received an evolved name for the Tempest Wolfs" says Ranga

Then they went to the place where the celebration party was to take place

At the site several goblins, now all adults or adolescents, were all dressed only with cloths covering only their intimate parts

"It looks like after the party we'll have a lot of work to do," Rimuru thinks as he looks at the goblins' clothes.

Arriving finally in the center of the village all stop talking and look at Rimuru and Seth

"This damn one," Rimuru thinks as Seth pushes all the service for him, then he looks at the crowd. "Good folks, we're here today to celebrate our victory over the survival of the goblins village and the evolution of all, then a TOAST" shouts Rimuru high

Everyone there looked at Rimuru in a strange way, leaving him ashamed for the lack of reaction from the goblins

"Let's toast and do not piss me off," Rimuru said in a desperate tone of voice after seeing Seth laughing from his face.

The party lasted a whole day and the next day one could see goblins lying in the middle of the village lying asleep, tired

Arriving in the morning Rimuru wakes up after all the mess and calls everyone to the square again

Everyone quickly meets to see what it is

"Now that we celebrate, I'll tell the rules to be followed so as not to cause disorder," Rimuru said loudly and looked at Seth at his side, sleeping soundly.

"1 rule: Do not fight against each other, 2 rule: do not despise the race of the other just for having evolved and 3 rule: do not attack humans and it is just," says Rimuru amid all the silence of the goblins who were providing the whole attention

Until Liguru raises his hand "May I ask a question?" he says

"Say Liguru" says Rimuru

"Why can not we attack Humans?" Liguru question

All goblins stare at Rimuru waiting for their answer

"The reason is simple, I like Humans," Rimuru said.

"So that's why, understood" says Liguru

"That easy?" says Rimuru surprised by convincing him easily, "also humans live in community, if some of us attack them they certainly retaliated, so if they come in large numbers this small village will be immediately condemned" explains Rimuru

"Oh as expected from Rimuru-sama, you know so much about Humans," says Lugurudo

"Well I was one in my past life," thinks Rimuru, "Well the rules are just these, I hope that you will strive to follow it" says Rimuru

"Yes Rimuru-sama" all goblins kneel in response

"Now it's time to split jobs, supervision, hunting, construction, aaah so much to do, I think I know how Seth feels now," Rimuru thinks.

Lost in his thoughts Rimuru ends up having his look on Ligurudo following an idea "Ligurudo from today I appoint you head of the village of goblins, your job will be to manage and organize things in my place" says Rimuru

Ligurudo for a second is shocked but then knelt quickly "Yes rimuru-sama I will do my duty with the maximum of my abilities" says Ligurudo and leaves to organize people as prayed by Rimuru

Rimuru looks at Seth sleeping on the floor, "Aya take the seth to his room" is that Rimuru for the goblin Seth had named

"Yes Rimuru-sama," Aya replies and begins to lift Seth with the utmost care

while Aya took Seth to his hut, Seth wakes up to feel somehow uncomfortable as if he were being dragged and opens his eyes to see what it was, "Ah, you're Aya, I'm very obliged to bring me to the room," said Seth to see that it was Aya carrying him while he slept

Aya, seeing that Seth woke up, smiled at him, "Do not worry, Seth-sama, it's my duty," Aya answers and leaves the room, leaving Seth to sleep on the bed of hay.

The days passed quickly and at the moment Rimuru and Seth were in front of a large hut but all awkward as if it were going to fall at any moment
