[Kenji's POV]

I don't know if could still face her, after what she saw last night. But I have been loyal to her and it wasn't what she thinks it is, I must clear this issue today.

I heard Kozue and Nagi talking,

"Nagi, you didn't come with us in the bath, and Fumi too. Did something happened last night?"

"Uh, about that...well I feel a little tired and I think I got a fever so I went straight ahead to my room."

Just coming in is Fumi,

"What is that you want to know?" I hug her from behind.

"Do you still love me, am I still the one in your heart?" Still looking at the ocean, Fumi asked.

My heart stings from those words, I feel like getting sliced up. "Yes, you are and you forever will be."

"Hey, tell me what happened with you all this time we are together," grabbing my hands she wrapped them around her.

"If that's what you want, Kozue confessed to me, before we were in a relationship."

"Yeah, she told me that."

"Okay, then on before Christmas eve, we were asked by Kozue and Yasu for a double date but we both declined right, Nami came to the studio and confessed her feelings to me, but I told her it is impossible because I have you."

"Then, last night…"

"Last night, it was too sudden, at first Nagi was just thanking me for hearing her sister out but I didn't know she also felt the same way. She suddenly kissed me and apologized, she also told me that she has already given up on me for her sister, and because of you."

"I see, you know all this time I am scared, I'm afraid that one day you will go away somewhere that is hard for me to reach, someone will take you away, I sound selfish right?"

"There is no problem with being selfish, even I am selfish sometimes, hurting other people's feelings and asking them to stay because they're important to me, or maybe I'm really selfish to ignore the situation."

"Hey, I looked inside the lucky charm bag, I'm sorry, I was curious, I saw a ring what does it mean?"

"It means, you and I together forever towards our dream and someday, I will-"

"Are you really sure about me, Kenji?"

"I am, from the first day I met you, I know for sure that you will bring light into my life."

"Then, will you put this ring on me?"

"Yes."

Fumi handed me the ring and I inserted it on her ring finger.

We both hug each other tightly.

Later that day on the beach,

[Nagi's POV]

"What am I doing." I talked to myself,

I walked towards the window in my room and saw Kenji and Fumi,

"I'm such an idiot, there is no way that small thing could break those two...there is no way Fumi would be broken by that."

[Fumi's POV]

After talking things out with Kenji, and everyone planned to head out again at the beach, I searched for Nagi in order to clear things out.

I found her lying down on the blanket under the parasol, "Hey Nagi, everything alright? I wanted to talk to you about last night."

"Fumi,..I'm really sorry!" She got my point and apologized.

"Eh, it is okay...I'm just here to tell you that I am not mad nor hating you for what you did."

"Huh? But-"

I spoked before she could say anything, "Kenji explained everything and I understand it. So please, don't feel down."

Nagi teared up, "Fumi, why is that the two of you are so kind even if we have committed something terrible, something that could ruin our friendship."

"It's because you're all important for Kenji, and if you are important for him then you are important to me too."

I hugged her tightly, "You are part of the reason we were able to reach our dream. So, don't feel like you are a terrible person this is just a part of our lives."

"Idiot, you two really are idiots!" Nagi cried in my arms letting all her tears flow and throwing all those sad emotions she felt.

"Yes, we are idiots in love with each other, crazy, isn't it? HAHAHAHAHA"

"HAHAHAHAHA"

I feel relieved that we were able to make up with each other, there is no way I would hate her for what she did, because if I was in her place...I would've done the same.

Love is really a complicated thing, it can have good and bad results depending on what the person decides. Love also is a dangerous feeling, it can lead to hatred, distrust, and malicious intentions.

That is why when I chose to love him, I've made up my mind and decided to stand firm to whatever happens to our relationship.

I turned my attention to the beach, seeing him smile brightly is the reason why I wake up every day early just to be the first person who will see that kind of smile.

[Kenji's POV]

"Everyone, the fireworks are here! Let's group up!" I called out for everyone's attention.

"Whoa, nothing beats the last day than light up fireworks!" Yasu grabbed the pack of fireworks.

"Let's have a contest, the last one to get light stay will win and the first one to get fire out will buy errands." Kanna suggested..

"Oh, I'll take you on it!" Nagi accepted the challenge.

"Me, too. I won't lost" Hanako joined in.

I look around and I can't find Kozue,

"Hey, Yasu, where is Kozue?"

"She was just here awhile ago. I'm going to look for her."

"Okay, be careful."

"We'll catch up!"

[Yasuyuki's POV]

I left the group to search for Kozue, is there something happening without me knowing it?

Maybe it's about the condom earlier….What Kenji told me about…

Impossible, I never had one on me from the beginning.

I found her from a distance, sitting on the sea wall.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"Looking for you of course, like everyone else."

"Nagi and Nami didn't come to the bath, and they won't answer me honestly...they are hiding something."

I looked up in the sky, "Well, maybe there are some things that you must not share and talk about, it's not that they're ignoring you, it must be something that will be kept for themselves in order to maintain peace."

"Yeah, right, thank you! You are so strong and mature Yasu."

"What are you saying, I'd just learned a few things from Kenji that's all."

"That guy has a lot of quirks, and he doesn't know about it."

"Let's go back." Kozue stood up and lent me her right hand.

"Yeah" I grabbed her hand and stood up,

We started walking back to the group.

"Hurry up! The fireworks are about to run out..!" Hanako shouting from a distance.
