At that time, he realized the gap between him and Adelaide, so he made another goal to have accumulate power to protect and wealth for Adelaide's family to accept him. He knows that will take time but with the help of her cousin training him and with an opportunity he will experience next school year. Caius is confident he will achieve everything he desires.

Caius looked outside and so a glimpsed of Adelaide talking with her friends, and so, he decided to go where she is, he stands up and immediately walked towards her. When Delila sees Caius walking more like running towards them she understands that he and Adelaide need to talk about their problem before it escalates to a bigger problem. Delila signaled Samantha that they need to get going and made up an excuse to leave the two alone.

"Del, me and Samantha need to get going because one of her projects in chem is due tomorrow so we're going to the tutorial today. We're sorry. I promise I'll do something you wish ones on your birthday." Delila suddenly requested but apologetic to Adelaide.

Samantha catch Delila's moving eyes at her back and so she turns back, sees Caius coming towards them. Like Delila understand why they need to go immediately.

"I'm sorry Del."

"It's perfectly fine to focus on your study I'll be fine on my own, I have my phone to play or read with." Assured Adelaide for the two of them.

She watches the two walked away and pulled her phone from her jeans pocket, starts to open up one her game up called 2049. She really enjoys this kind of game; Adelaide also pulls out her air pod and switch on her music, a blissful expression made a way to her serene face.

"Adelaide" someone called her, she looks up to only be greeted with a smiling Caius.

"Caius, do you need something?"

"Can we have a talk?"

"Talk? About what?"

"About how I lose control of my temper last week?"

"Sure. Firstly, I know you want to apologize but your apologizing to the wrong person, it's supposed to be Renae. Secondly, I feel very disappointed with you Caius, I completely know your temper and I know you don't like those kinds of people the most but that didn't give the reason to do that to her. Thirdly, please Caius, I'm begging you, control that temper of yours, know where your line is supposed to be."

"~sigh~ I know Adelaide I'm at the wrong too, I'll try to control my temper and be better for your sake. I just can't help it; I don't understand why she had to bother you when she can just talk to me."

Caius stopped and looked at her in the eyes, swirling emotions like a typhoon, raging aggressively, present itself to Adelaide for the first time. She could read and understand them better, but Adelaide misinterprets the meaning of those emotions.

"Caius apologize to her and promise that next time you control that temper of yours. To be my future bodyguard and assistant you utterly need to control those emotions and not showcase your feelings for not being easily read and interpret. Don't let your emotions control you. Remember that."

Caius smile happily after hearing Adelaide's words and nodded eagerly like a dog, Adelaide could see a wagging tail and dog ears. She couldn't help but laugh heartily which made Caius feel all of these heavy bricks weighing down on his heart these past few days suddenly been lift.
