There was one main palace along with thirty-five branch palaces, all of which were constructed on the southern face of a mountain over ten thousand feet tall. All of them were carefully placed such that they formed a phoenix with its wings spread open, with the main palace situated as the head of the phoenix.

There were also ten main pavilions and a thousand abodes, which was positioned to form a wandering dragon. The beautiful Bright Moon Lake flowed between the dragon and the phoenix, creating a marvelous spectacle that also gave off a sense of balance and equilibrium.
