1 When I was younger

My name is Maria and I am 10 years old. I have a best friend named Mackenzie, and I feel very weird around her. Everytime I see her, I feel so attracted to her. I have a unique connection with her. I went to my mom and said, "Hey mom can I ask you something." "Sure honey, what is wrong." Mom asked me. "I feel weird around Mackenzie, everytime I see her I feel like my heart is bursting." "I say you love her," Mom said. "I do love her she is my friend," I said. "What- no Maria I mean you really love her like me and your dad," Mom said. "Haha- wait what, I don't think I love her that much," I said.
