Chapter 1 : The mysterious appearance

Xiao Yanxi lifted her eyes, struggling with the unbearable pain when she lifted her body to sit up on the hospital bed.

"What the hell!!!" Xiao Yanxi thought to herself. The last thing she remebered was the brightness of a car and a sudden man running up to her and then a pain wrenching burn of her thigh and the huge pain in her head from the concussion. She reached down to slightly graze her hospital gown and was suddenly filled with a tight unbearable burn that sent her body into an uncontrollable pain.

"why does it hurt so much?!. Where am I??? " Xiao Yanxi said to herself. She lifted her hospital gown to reveal her white creamy smooth skin that was filled with bruises and a large bloody gauze which covered up seven large stitched across her mid-thigh. She started trying to recall what had happened, and realized that she could not remeber anything not even her own name. While she was in deep thought the hospital door opened and then a tall, well built man entered the room . He wore a well tailored suit with a bashe trench coat, his walk and posture were elegant but warming. He was rather handsome in his early 30s and looked rather mature but his facial expressions were serious and frightening, with just one look he could scare you half to death.

" Hello Ms. Xiao. My name is Mo Han. I am the one who found you on the side of the road two nights ago." Mo Han had a straight expression not revealing any emotion.

" MO HAN???!!! I don't remeber you seeing such a cold face ....i think you have the wrong per--." Xiao Yanxi felt her throat tighten at the stare of Mo Yanxi, she immediately tapped her mouth with her hands and waited for his response. But he rather ignored her comment and took a seat on the other side of the VIP suite in which now that she thought about was extremely expensive with its own dining room and living room which the hospital had reserved for high class patients.

" Well I must ask of you Ms.Xiao to sign this document about your bills for the hospital and other unimportant paper work so that you can be released from the hospital. Here." Mo Yanxi handed Xiao Yanxi the document . She briefly looked through and signed the papers. His stare made her seem somewhat scared but still protected knowing that this man did not look like he had double intentions and if he would take advantage of the situation she could certainly try to escape.

" Xiao Yanxi. Two nights ago on my way back from my parents house , I saw a woman walking on the road. She looked rather weird so i slowed down but then the woman fainted into the ditch by the road and i braked and that is where I found you with a deep cutt in your thigh and that's when I took you to the hospital and you have been interned in the hospital for over two days....well now that you see, I am not in any way involved in your accident and also. well how should i put this. Ms.Xiao i also have been looking to get out a of engagement so, we will get married right after you are healed so that i can make you my temporary wife and now that you have signed the papers. Xiao Yanxi. you are now my legally wife, and shall move in with me when you are realeased from the hospital." Mo Yanxi said this all without a hint of guilt or emotion. Only except his right fist clearly hidden from Xiao Yanxi, was tightened up into a fist. This was the only way to escape and save her from any possible danger.
