"Man This place is the true definition of filth. I mean what the heck is this" Saffron said as he walked down the sorry excuse of a street.

There was filth littered everywhere, the place was noisy and rowdy, Overall it was just the worst place saffron would've ever thought of coming too.

He felt kind of bad that the government had neglected such a large part of the entire populace but the egoistic and greedy part of him overshadowed that thought as quickly as it came into his head.

"Excu…se me s…ir, my name is Melisa and I've got nowhere to go, I'm 17 and I'm quite capable of various tasks please take me along with you. I promise to serve you in any way you wish" The girl said pleading her eyes giving away all the pain she held inside her.

"Well young girl sure you can tag along," Saffron said walking close to her and stopping when their noses were only inches apart. "As a dead body…", before she could even realize the mistake she had made her head was already rolling on the ground.

And tears dropped out of her eyes as her body plopped to the ground and her brain ceased to function. "I don't enjoy taking dead weight along with me especially when they're just trash from this dumpsite," Saffron said smugly.

Chills ran through the spines of the people that witnessed that scene. No matter how much they had witnessed scenes of people dying brutally, it was rare to find such a psychopath just lurking around.

After witnessing what just happened a lot of them fled the scene while some were patiently waiting for the killers to go. It would be too costly on their path to let such a meal go to waste.

Cannibalism wasn't a rare occurrence here, you could commonly find people attacking and eating another person. It was much better than dying of hunger and technically you were putting an end to the other person's misery so it was a win-win situation… If you were a psychotic person.

"Ok, guys fan out, pick a particular area, and search everywhere for this girl. By any means necessary bring her back to me and I mean this when I say it… If you don't come back with good reports just kill yourselves on the spot, I hate trash hanging around me. Is that taken?" Saffron said coldly.

"Yes sir" They all echoed and sped off towards the destinations they selected.

"As dumb as this idea was, sending them out should increase our chances of finding her. So technically they're just walking bait to drag her out" Saffron said sighing as he continued walking, searching for Jena's location.

-House of Masters-

"Daji what rubbish is this? Do you realize the level of commotion you've caused? I expected way more from you, I mean… Your reputation precedes you and you've proven yourself time and time again, so what is the meaning of this" An elderly man said.

He seemed to be in his 60's or 70's but really he was over a hundred. He was Elder Li one of the 3 Great elders of the House of masters.

They oversaw all the matters related to the various organizations, kind of like a check and balance for the Organizations.

The three main elders were Elders LI, Fei, and Han with Han Elder Fei being the most powerful. It shouldn't be hard to guess the Energy level and skill of the people that could make Mr. Daji kneel and lower his head in resignation.

That explosion and the events that had taken place afterward led to a series of complaints from the higher-ups. The main government wasn't something you'd want to be involved in any matter you had especially when you were the head of a major organization.

It was much better to be summoned by the House of Masters than be summoned by the Main government. So Mr. Daji sucked in all of his pride and decided to go with the somewhat easier option.

-Shadow Organization-

"So you're telling me, those old geezers actually summoned him. This is one of the comedic things I've heard in a while, the high and Lofty Mr. Daji appearing before the house of masters to give a report. It's kind of like seeing a king get shouted at by his mum", Shadow Bane said laughing hysterically.

"So how's the search coming, have they found her, give me the gist now? I'm in such a good mood today" Shadow Bane said with a smile on his face staring expectantly at the person giving the report.

"Oh… So they haven't found anything, well that's actually expected. This girl might just be harder to catch than air, Shes way too smart for my liking or she has someone smart working with her, either way, this girl is intriguing and I must have her" Shadow Bane said grinning from ear to ear.
