98 V8 Ch 13: Chat with Draco
Inside a futuristic gaming room. Well compared to the 90s.
"So you already discovered your ability to time travel." Sandstorm says looking at the alienware laptop.
"Ah, yeah... I was hoping no one would notice that." Draco says
"I mean that won't come out till you're like 30." Lisa says
"I mean the company won't exists till 2009." Sandstorm says looking at him.
"Anyway what did you wanna talk about?" Draco asks
"You know the language of dragons." Lisa says looking at him.
"A so that's why i understood what you were saying." Draco says
"You're also extremely close to achieving godhood. That's why this plane is locked down..." Sandstorm says
"So a rouge god may have accidentally turned a mortal into a god for their own amusement. And now to make sure his mistake doesn't get out he locked down the world and can destroy it when Draco achieves it?" Lisa asks
"What are you talking about?" Draco
"Ah the god that reincarnated you broke several rules, not your fault so I won't do anything to you. However that god may cease to exist in the future." Sandstorm says Standing up in and shifting to her ultimate Goddess avatar and teleports to the dimensional gap.

5 minutes later Sandstorm comes back with burnt clothes and blood everywhere.
"You okay?" Lisa asks
"Yep, tier 4 god not my blood and I might be immune to fire but my robes weren't." Sandstorm says sitting down.
"What?" Draco asks confused looking at the 9 tailed fox woman in front of him.
"Ah, my actual name is Sandstorm, Goddess of Fate." Sandstorm says holding out her hand.
"Okay? Why are you telling me this?" Draco asks
"Cause in about 20 years you will achieve godhood." Lisa says
"How?" Draco asks
"When you reincarnated you asked for power, the dumbass that reincarnated you gave your soul the power of a tier 3 soul and made it into a dragon soul. Dragons get stronger innately the older they are, that includes soul power so you are likely to ascend to godhood." Lisa explains
"And are you anything special Lisa? I mean your here aswell." Draco asks
"She is a true dragon god technically. Her body is weaker than her soul strength which is a tier 4 and she is a true dragon." Sandstorm says
"So will I become a dragon?" Draco asks a little confused.
(Fate: may I suggested giving him a copy of the creator factions rules?)
"Well your animagus form is likely a dragon. So probably, while we are at it here." Sandstorm hands him a book the title is Creator faction's rules.
"You may not be the creator of a world however this is a nice book for knowing different rules along with ranks of godhood." Sandstorm says with a smile before shifting back to her Yoru avatar.
"Why do you seem weaker now?" Draco asks
"Cause I am? I mean I have next to if not infinite power in my true form. I sometimes run out the rate of mana replacement. So if I wanna have fun in lower worlds I need to weaken my self to fight fairly and have some amusement." Sandstorm says
"Ah, so you're the one who has been tormenting Professor Quarrell all year." Draco says
"Yep, it's been fun!" Sandstorm says
"Well it's time we go Draco, make sure to take care of the hatchling I blessed. He should be able to become an ancient dragon in the future." Lisa says
As Sandstorm apparates them both out of the briefcase.
