I Have a Dragon in My Body

# World of Magic This was a world of swords and magic where every child would have to choose a magical beast egg at birth to become their contract partner. These magical beast eggs either came from the kingdom or parents who had found them in the wilderness. The better the potential of the magical beast, the better it was for the child and the contract beast. When six-year-old Mark was playing in the wilderness, he witnessed a battle between a white dragon and a black dragon. As the battle slowly moved deeper into the wilderness, Mark noticed a black and white dragon egg that was half the height of a human at the place where the battle occurred. As soon as he touched the egg, it disappeared into his body. Mark could not contract another magical beast since then. He could only look enviously at other people’s magical beasts running freely once they were born. However, when people and their contracted beasts mocked Mark for not having a companion, a dragon roar could be heard coming from inside him. Mark had a companion residing inside him after all. It was a dragon.
