Just a little something before Chapter release (673 words so it's long AF)

This is just a little of what I'd like to say before I release another chapter since this is really long and I don't want it in a chapter. So I read a comment saying that I don't read your comments. I read your comments, even after 2 weeks of the chapter's release. So don't worry your comments are seen by me even though it might take a little time. Maybe I might not write something you like or I'm not changing stuff to your liking or I'm not commenting back, but I certainly do read every single one of your comments and take it into consideration. I wrote the reason why I made Chris forgive his parents in the Q&A in the auxiliary volume. I put it there because I thought that the Q&A didn't belong in volume 1. If it didn't notify you, I apologize, for the next Q&A, I'll put it in Volume 1 and then put it in the auxiliary volume later. Well I'll explain the parents situation a bit more here as well. I most likely will not change the fact that Chris half forgave his parents and are giving them a chance. I understand where you're coming from, but let a kid have his parents. Alright, let's put it like this, when one is in an abusive relationship, they would immediately want to leave them, and they do so. However, the abuser would just say that it's the last time and they won't ever do it again. There are many cases when the abused goes back thinking it's different, thinking that the abuser that they love so much changed because a lot of the times the abused leaves not because they lost their love, but for their health (Let me tell you a secret. MOST of the time, the abuser is the same). Well this is what's happening. Also, for the argument that Chris is a cultivator and should trash his parents, Chris has only been a cultivator for less than a year. However, Chris has been a simple kid that wanted love from his parents for all his life. Even if Chris' parents treated him even worse than they treat their shit, he still wants their love. If he had been a cultivator for years, I most likely would've written something along the lines of "Yeah I ain't dealing with your shit anymore. Screw your apology. I'm moving out and the only way you'll contact me is through Monica,". However, like I said, he barely got the system for less than a year and the transition from a kid to a cultivator hasn't been completed. Sure he killed people, but that was because he was so in rage that he just wanted to kill people because he had the power to. If someone kidnapped your sister that you actually cared about, wouldn't you want to kill them as well. You just don't do it because A) You don't have the power to do so. B) You know that even if you did kill the person by chance, you wouldn't escape the police or the people behind the kidnapper. However, since Chris was confident enough, he did it. I'll gladly have talk about it in the Discord chat if you want to (I'll create a discord group today and post it in the Author's Thought on today's chapter). Also, Daoist37, Chris took the Intelligence Pill, but I didn't. It's such a simple idea, but it slipped my mind. I was so concentrated on other parts of the novel that I completely overlooked it. I'm not perfect and you guys helping me makes things much easier. Overall, I understand where you guys are all coming from, but realistically, I doubt that a kid would leave his parents like that straight up even after all that abuse. Maybe some kids might when they have the power to be independent, but I'm pretty sure that many would try to reconcile even if what has been done was horrible. Thx for reading this extremely long side note. Read the Q&A please. It might answer your questions. Maybe it might make more, but if that's the case then I'll try to answer that the best I can at a later date. Well I hope you'll enjoy the chapter I'll post a bit later.
