Chapter 3: Vampire Awakened 2.

The woman who seems to be my mother walks over and easily grabs me in her arms, like it's no big deal carrying a 17 year old in a child's body, could my dignity be anymore insulted.

She honestly smiles and says in an exited tone, "Relden dear, our son Krelm has awoken, I was worried after he suddenly fell ill like that."

From what she's said it seems my name is Krelm, this woman is my mother but--- who's this terrifying man, no it couldn't be, she said Relden dear, that means this creature is my fath--- oh God no.

He then closes his eyes for sometime, as if looking for a something he's lost, he then looks at me in a strange uncomfortable manner, oh no has he caught on that am not his son, if he does it will be another massive pain in the ass for me.

He then extends near me and gets one of fingers opens my mouth swipes the fragments of the blood left on my tongue.

"He has the same blood as his father, extravagant in the highest quality."

When he did that my whole body was frightened just at the mere thought of being fed on like livestock.

But I still managed to keep a composed look as to not make another problem for myself , and besides they seem to be worried so I will stay still as to not look suspicious.

The man looks at me in with a worried expression and says, "No need to worry Rose, Krelm is strong just like his father, so I expect him to surpass me one day."

"He has to be strong enough, because he will one day serve our queen."

"He is the only heir to the Freed household afterall."

"But anyway right now he's still a three and a half year old child, so he still has time to grow."

The woman then hugs the man and consoles him, "Don't worry dear, he will have to, it's not your fault."

From the way he said it, it sure sounds like it is his fault, and who is this queen anyways.

The man then goes behind the woman rips the cloth covering her neck, takes a bite of her neck and sucks the blood leaking from it like it's the most natural thing in the world to do.

After that fiasco am in awe at what he just did he was feeding on her.

My father then calls out someone's name in a serious tone, "Herald, Herald, Herald."

A mysterious man who is wearing glasses appears in an instant, I didn't hear his foot steps either, that must mean, I then raise my head preparing for the worst conclusion, I was right, the man is dressed as a butler wearing black from head to toe, he has naturally red hair that's not dyed from the looks of it, red eyes that peer into the abyss and a terrifying aura around him, which means he's also a blood sucking creature.

"Serald, prepare a cleansing for dear Krelm it seems his illness has subsided."

The Vampire that's called Herald bows he's head and answers in a respectful tone, "Yes, Sir Relden."

The man then picks me up and takes me to what appears to be a luxurious bathroom that has a bath tub, so in this world they're bathrooms like this, how reassuring, but as I am monologing I remember a critical detail I overlooked.

Why is it that I could hear my mother's footsteps and not theirs--- no, is she human, but why is she married to a vampire.
