I can feel the wind picking up around Fubuki, and I also see leaves and pebbles beginning to fly around her body as if there is some sort of attraction there.

"Aren't you going to answer?" When Fubuki asked once more, she did so while looking at me with a piercing gaze. Even her smile had vanished, and she wore a cold expression instead.

I responded by saying, "As you heard on the phone, the only reason I came here was to help Lily," but it seemed as though my words were pointless because Fubuki was still attempting to intimidate me with her esper powers.

"How on earth am I supposed to believe you, Kaiser? You are nothing to me," I could sense the arrogance in Fubuki's tone, but I believe that it was only natural for her to behave that way, given how confident she was in her own strength.
