18 Primordial Dragon Transformation! (Part 2/2)

In fact, during the whole time Tie Zhu was undergoing the transformation Wang Yazhu was paying an extremely close attention, waiting to make his move. He was anticipating the moment he would finally be able to gain his freedom, however Tie Zhu's persisted to maintain his willpower! 'It seems that I have underestimated him a little' he thought to himself, while still remaining somewhat reassured.

That was because this was only the first transformation stage! A stage that those without the Pure Yang body could achieve if they could survive the pain. Although he was not entirely sure what the next stage of transformation entailed he was confident that he could finally make his move. Focusing his entire attention back on Tie Zhu he actually did not notice another pair of shocked eyes that had also been observing the transformation from a distance of almost 500 m!

It had roughly been 5 minutes since Tie Zhu completed his physical transformation, however he was still heavily wheezing while laying down on the ground. Seeing that there were no more changes he slowly sat up before looking down at himself. He immediately noticed his skin had turned a pitch black that sucked in the surrounding light, while his claws that had once been fingernails shimmered a majestic golden light with the two heavily contrasting each other.

'So this is the primordial dragon transformation..' Tie Zhu thought as he picked up a fist sized rock next to him.

"Poof" was the sound it had made as soon as Tie Zhu clenched his fists, crushing the rock in his palm into a fine powder with barely any effort at all. "So powerful!" he said to himself in shock as he barely felt any resistance against his palms.

However just as he was sure his ordeal had ended the environment itself had suddenly changed! The once clear blue sky was rapidly started forming dense black thunderclouds as booming echoes of thunder warned every one of their impending doom. In conjunction with this, heavy winds enveloped bringing in hurricane like conditions. This led to extreme panic for everyone on the island, as they quickly rushed for any opportunity to leave, rushing for the ferries, taxis, cars or even running on foot!

"D...Don't tell me it isn't over yet!" Tie Zhu screamed almost wishing he had already died. The coverage continued to build for another 20 minutes, expanding into an enormous pitch black thundercloud with a diameter of over 25 km. So big in fact that it not only covered the island he was on but stretched well into the city, with him being located in the centre! Even if he had wanted to escape there was no possibility.

The thunderclouds had now developed to the point where they had robbed all sunlight making it extremely difficult to see even 10 meters Into the distance, while the wind was so ferocious that even small trees were being uprooted.

However in a matter of seconds something drastic had happened. Everything went completely silent. The wind completely stopped. However before Tie Zhu had any time to question what happened..

"CRAAAAASH!" An extremely powerful bolt of lightning as thick as an elephant immediately crashed down right on top of Tie Zhu with ear splitting scream. This lightning however was not normal lightning, nor tribulation lightning but a pure stream of highly concentrated spiritual energy!

As this bolt pieced Tie Zhu's entire being he immediately felt the immense pressure of spiritual energy forcibly invading his body. Although he had some prior experience with spiritual essence it was extremely limited and compared nothing with this in terms of scale. Spiritual Essence completely flooded through his entire body, filling up all his meridians and their channels to the point of bursting, rapidly expanding to more than 15 times their original size before feeling as if they had reached their limit. He felt they could explode at any time and the pressure he felt was incomprehensible. If he lost focus for even a millisecond he knew his body would blow up into millions of tiny pieces scattered across the forest floor.

He needed to find an outlet for all the Spiritual essence, except he did not know what! His mind raced with thoughts as he contemplated on what he could do! "What if I try using this spiritual essence to break past the barriers between my meridians and dantian!" He quickly hypothesised, before using his entire efforts to try guide the excess Qi to smash the barrier like he had previously done.

Just as he had started to prepare directing the Qi against the barriers Tie Zhu suddenly felt a mind numbing pain coming from inside his brain as if someone had stuck a knife in his head!

"AHHHHHHHH" Tie Zhu roared, clutching his head tightly in between his claw like grip as he felt his mind darting on the thin line between consciousness and unconsciousness.

Seeing that Tie Zhu's consciousness was wavering, Wang Yazhu immediately took the opportunity to finally make his move! He knew he had to act quick, because if Tie Zhu did lose consciousness even briefly, his body would definitely explode. His already toughened body had visibly swelled to more than twice its normal size, pulsating constantly as it threatened to burst. Observing that Tie Zhu was slowly swaying side to side as if in a daze he immediately projected his soul trying to force his way outside of Tie Zhu's dantian and into his mind.

Just as Wang Yazhu was about to project his soul into Tie Zhu's mind he saw something incomprehensible happening. 'What!! He is forming a beast core! Even I have never heard of anyone with both a beast core and a Dantian before!' He thought to himself in shock. What he witnessed was a tiny colourful bead slowly crystallizing, flickering intensely while giving off a domineering aura. Once he saw this happening he knew immediately that in his current state he would have no chance of taking control over Tie Zhu's body as the beast core would automatically defend against his assault. If it were an ordinary beast core it would not have been a problem, however this was the core of a Primordial Dragon, the strongest race he knew of!
