158 A Call From the Secretary of Defense!

Under everyone's gaze, Raymond picked up the phone. "Secretary of Defense, What's the matter?"

The person who called was the Secretary of Defense.

"Raymond, I heard that you went home?"

"Yes, Secretary of Defense. I'm eating now," Raymond replied.

On the other end of the phone, the Secretary of Defense said thoughtfully, "Well, if that's the case, then I'll make it short. The military region has already confirmed the time for the medal ceremony. When the time comes, you'll come to Washington with Professor Puth and Professor Thorpe."

"Okay, Secretary of Defense. I'll contact the two professors when the time comes," Raymond replied.

"That's good. Send my regards to your parents. I won't disturb you while you're eating."

After saying that, the Secretary of Defense hung up the phone.

Raymond put away the phone and put it back on the table.
