3 Chapter 3 - Training Results & The Blessing

It has now been 3 years since I first tamed Suu, and I must say our training may not have been perfect but there sure have been results!

As you can see, Suu has gotten to the point where I can no longer tell how strong she is.

It is partly my fault since after Suu unlocked[ Slime・Absorb XP ]at level 5 and then[ Slime・Absorb Stats ]at level 10 I decided to go to war against the goblin village that was further in the forest.

Ok fine, it is completely my fault that Suu is now the strongest creature in the world but hey, I was on a roll.

The reason the skills tab is now hidden on Suu is unknown, well I am assuming it is because she just has too many skills that they can no longer fit but I am no scholar so I don't know where to start with working out the reason.

And for the Blessing tab, I have no idea.

Also as you can see I have gotten a blessing! Well, it would be exciting but Blessing of the Slime? Really gods? I know I currently have the strongest slime all existence but couldn't you give me a blessing that was more useful?

For those wonder Blessing of the Slime makes it so no slimes are hostile towards me, in their eyes, I might as well be a slime myself.

It turns out that I don't have to go to the church to check my blessing but rather for them to register whether or not I got one and what it is.

I figured that out on my 18th birthday 4 weeks ago when the blessing suddenly appeared on my status card.

So currently I am getting ready to leave and catch the carriage that leaves for the capital today.

Usually, I am concerned about leaving because of the Venom Spiders and Goblins that live in the forest overrunning the place but Suu and I seemed to have been a little overzealous and pretty much wiped out the entire population of both.

As for the other monsters there aren't many lefts of them either…

Yes, that is also our fault however in our defence they were all hostile creatures.

So the forest these days is mostly peaceful, of course, the villagers that rarely ever come here don't know that and I have no intention of telling them either.

Thankfully because of my speed stat I can now make it to the village in a few seconds, obviously, I slow down before the gate so I don't look too suspicious suddenly appearing.

Arriving at the village I hop on the carriage that the other 18-year-olds were boarding and depart for the capital.

The ride itself was uneventful, well I wish I could say that we are currently being attacked by thieves.

The thieves themselves are in a group of around 30, no idea why they need that many people to take on the 3 people guarding the carriage but maybe they have their reasons.

And those reasons became obvious, these thieves were weak, and I mean really weak, the only reason the guards were having trouble was that there were so many of them.

The guards themselves seem like they could take on 3-5 thieves at once individually, however, the fact that they were outnumbered 10 to 1 was plainly showing.

I don't really want to stand out too much and didn't really want to get involved however it is plain that the other 18-year-olds weren't going to do anything since they were cowering in fear.

Thankfully Suu has a telepathy and invisibility skill that she absorbed from one stupidly powerful hobgoblin.

Like I mean stupidly powerful, that thing had both invisibility, telepathy and darkness magic, it was a pain in the ass to deal with and I frankly almost died several times during our fight.

However, that is not the problem we are currently facing.

The reason I brought this up was because Suu keeps a constant telepathic communication open between us to help with communication.

Using this telepathic link I asked Suu if she could use her invisibility and go discreetly deal with the thieves and upon asking that the flap of my bag suddenly flew open which startled the others that were still cowering in fear.

Thankfully since Suu is invisible they are unable to detect her, in this instant, all the thieves were now dead.

I felt a little guilty since I forgot to tell Suu to leave one of them alive so the guards could find their hideout but, like usual Suu was just too quick, having over 999 speed sure is crazy.

The guards startled and confused about the sudden collapse of all the thieves are standing outside the carriage is a daze.

Ok, the guards are probably more confused about the heads that they are all now missing since they were blown off by Suu but hey, that's not my problem to deal with.

After cleaning up the bodies of the thieves the guards returned to the carriage and we continued on our way to the capital, of course, Suu is back in my bag.

Upon arriving at the capital the guards run off to seemingly report the attack by the thieves while the rest of us departed to the church.

There was a different nun in the church this time and upon seeing my skills and my blessing started laughing but when she looked up at my stats she fell silent with a look full of regret on her face.

I didn't think I was that strong but I guess being level 52 is uncommon.

Upon exiting the church Suu started getting mad that she had to stay in my bag the entire time so I relented and allowed her to ride on my shoulder and then departed for the adventurers guild.

Walking down the streets everyone that saw me burst into laughter upon seeing Suu, Thankfully she didn't mind as she was currently overjoyed about being let out of the bag.

Well, I saw everyone burst into laughter but it was mainly men that did it and the woman tended to look at Suu with a face full of longing.

Look I know Suu is cute but she is mine and I am not going to give her to you.

And like that, we arrived at the adventurers guild.
