So it begins.....
The rising sun peeped through the curtains and rested on Karina's face. Irritated, Karina turned over to continue her sleep but the alarm just had to be a bummer. "Why is it 7 already?" She groaned and turned off the alarm angrily. The door was knocked and opened gently revealing a carbon copy of Karina, except looking more matured. "Sweetie, you need to get ready for work. Remember your cousin's taking over today. If you're late, you'll surely get it from him." The lady explained and entered the room to open the curtain.
"Mom....." Karina groaned and sat up on the bed. Karina's mom smiled and sat beside Karina exposing her sparkling white teeth. " I know, I know, you don't like your cousin but he's your father's choice." She explained, rubbing Karina's long hair gently. Karina sighed and placed her head on her mom's shoulder, acting like a baby. "Alright, alright, that's enough. Get up. Up!" Her mom commanded, drawing her up to her feet. "Yes Empress." Karina cracked. "I have your breakfast ready, so hurry up and come down to eat. Be fast!" Karina's mom ordered and walked out of the room, giving Karina space to dress up and prepare for work.

Making Bilgort group ranked on the top ten companies in the world in just 9 years is quite a feat. William Hemingway is also the father of Karina, husband of Katherine Hemingway, Karina's mother. Bilgort group engages in all kinds of business, including food product, hospitals, schools, banks, hotels, restaurant, and lots more. They're currently working on building an airport and every big shot in the world have their eyes on it.

"Oh no, I'm late!" Karina lamented, getting down from her ride. "Thanks James. I'll pay you back someday, I promise." She promised turning to James who only smiled at her. She ran into the building in front and collided with some staffs who grumbled but couldn't say anything more because of Karina's rank at work. After catching up with an almost filled elevator, she took a deep breath and composed herself before stepping out with a confident smile. "Good morning ma'am, good morning ma'am, good morning ma...." As soon as she got out of the elevator, staffs greeted her all the way till she got to her office. Right, Karina is the team manger of the group in charge of the airport project.
Barely sitting for five minutes, Karina's assistant barged in the room and announced "Mr. David is here ma'am!" "Oh great, just great." Karina grumbled while getting up and leaving her office. Karina's assistant put on an anxious look and dragged Karina to the elevator, saying "Everyone's there ma'am, you're the only one left." "Seriously? Why didn't you say so?" Karina questioned, increasing her pace also.
On getting to the ground floor, all leaders of various departments were already assembled leaving Karina as the rebellious one. "Are you the manager in charge of the airport project?" A deep, masculine and charismatic voice asked with footsteps echoing, until they stopped in front of Karina.
