18 Chapter 18

Inside a small forest the sounds of insects and animals seemed to have dissapeared and only a sharp wind cutting sound had replaced them. One could also see several trees cut down cleanly into many number of pieces and some metal fragments littered here and there.

There Aoki could be seen swinging a sword and smiling after hearing the sharp wind cutting sounds. The sword he used was not the Dragon's breadth but normal ones which he had bought in bulk from a random second hand weapons store in Konoha.

After all his purpose was to train and the edge of Dragon's breadth was already too sharp and it could cut stell effortlesly. Those metal fragments littering here and there were the swords which broke after their durability was up.

A week long training camp had finally passed and Aoki was satisfied with his progress. Now he could always maintain the special state and sense the breadth of things he want to cut with his sword. This feat was not easy for him because he had to swing his sword at least 10000 times a day which was not easy for a former earthling like him.

Despite the harshness of the training, Aoki continued with a smile because he enjoyed the fact that he could sense his improvement. The unparalleled sword talent had increased his potential with a sword to unimaginable degree so Aoki who was no different from a amateur before , could improve at smooth speed without experiencing any bottlenecks for now.

This is where those who were talented and those who were ordinary were divided. The quality of training of a genius was worlds apart from a ordinary person.

Now Aoki could proudly say that he could kill even elite jounin class enemies with a single powerful strike because they could not hope to withstand the sharpness behind his sword strike if he further enhanced the power and precision using wind chakra flow.

" Now its time go back to my apartment for a bath and change of clothes but first let's check my STATUS. " he thought out loud while smiling and seeing his ruined black jumpsuit.

When his eyes spotted the sharp cuts all over his body , Aoki thought so. The spars with his shadow clones were good for now but he also felt that it would be more effective if he could spar with high level opponents often.

After two hours , Aoki had finished dipping in a warm bath and change into a black yukata. Right now he was walking towards Ichiraku ramen.

On the way he spotted some ninja whom he recognized from Aoki's memories but did not greet them as he had no interest in interacting much with them. He was mainly interested in the characters he recognized from anime as he knew some things about them already and so could interact with them more easily.

The stalls were too many in number and sold good stuff like gyuudon , dango , yakitori etc. There he spotted the stall of Ichiraku ramen too and approached it with a smile on his face.

He had sensed chakra signatures of Azuma and Kakashi there and wanted to have a chat with them.

" Teuchi san, one miso pork ramen for me" . He casually ordered his food and sat on the seat right next to Azuma.

" Right away" Teuchi acknowledged and went to do his work while Aoki waved his hand at Azuma who was looking at him.

" Good too see you Azuma , Kakashi." Aoki greeted them casually and earned a nod from Kakashi.

" Good to see you two Aoki. Did you come back from a mission ? " Azuma asked while noticing that Aoki seemed to have just taken a bath.

" No, just did some hard training and came back about two hours ago. Anyway, how is it going with Kurenai ? Did you two make any progress? " Aoki patted Azuma's back and asked with a slightly playful tone.

Azuma coughed and had a small blush on his face while Kakashi also seemed interested in listening to the answer and was looking at their direction.

" Sigh... it's not that easy. I have not met her in last two weeks." Azuma replied.

Aoki noded and decided to give an advice to the man in love. " Well it's not that bad thing. You can buy a gift and give her a surprise after she is back. By the way, I think that girls like beautiful flowers very much so you can start with that. "

Azuma did not reply and got lost in thoughts while Aoki also became busy eating his ramen which had arrived in time.

After finishing two bowls , Aoki was satisfied and looked at the ever silent Kakshi lost in his book. " You really do not get bored with the same book always Kakashi!" He remembered then he seemed to have met the author of the said book a recently too.

" You look free anyway so why dont we have a spar? " Aoki asked while hoping that Kakashi would agree. After all he was looking for experienced and strong opponents. Kakashi was more than qualified on that two points.

Kakashi thought for a second and closed his book. " Sure." Came the simple reply and Aoki could not help but smile while looking forward to the fight inwardly.
