A sense of panic and dread gripped the World Government's headquarters in Mariejois as the news of the Rocks Pirates' formation reverberated through the halls of power. The Marine admirals, usually composed and unwavering figures, exchanged uneasy glances, their faces etched with worry.
"This is a disaster," Admiral Sengoku, the stern-faced leader of the Marines, declared, his voice echoing across the vast chamber. "Rocks D. Xebec has united the most formidable pirates in the world, creating a force that poses an unprecedented threat to the stability of the seas."
"We cannot allow this band of marauders to wreak havoc upon the world." Marshall Kong said sternly.
The other marines nodded in agreement, their expressions grim and determined. They knew that the formation of the Rocks Pirates marked a turning point in the history of piracy, and they were prepared to do whatever it took to crush this new menace before it could grow too powerful.
Meanwhile, in the depths of the World Government's secret chambers, the Five Elders, the enigmatic figures who held the true power, were engaged in a heated discussion. Their faces, obscured by shadows, reflected the gravity of the situation.
"Rocks D. Xebec's ambition knows no bounds," one of the Elders stated, his voice laced with concern. "Judging from the crew he invited, the main purpose is to overthrow the World Government."
"We must eliminate this threat but the cost would likely be high."
Another Elder frowned, slamming his fist on the table, the force of the blow causing the entire room to tremble. "We cannot allow a single individual to challenge our authority."
The other Elders nodded grimly, their eyes burning with determination.
"Contact CP0, a group like theirs, is not strong internally. Wait until they start infighting, then break them down one by one!"

"Proposal passed."
The world had entered a new era of fear and uncertainty, one where the balance of power was teetering on the brink of collapse. Meanwhile the Rocks pirates were all gathered, drinking booze and having a good time. The pirates cheered and laughter filled the air, their voices resonating with newfound camaraderie. They had come from different corners of the world, each with their own unique skills and ambitions, but they had been brought together by a shared threat but also for the benefits Rocks promised.
Golden Lion Shiki, the future Pirate King, his gaze sharp and piercing, surveyed the group with a sardonic smirk. "Jiehahaha! I have a very brilliant idea. How about appointing a vice captain of the group?"
His words were dismissive glances from the surrounding pirates. Charlotte Linlin, her eyes gleaming with a mischievous glint, chimed in, "Well, Shiki, it should be really hard for you to not point to yourself when saying that right?"
Edward Newgate answered with his booming laughter echoing through the night, "Gulalalala, Shiki do you think you are better than us? I will sink you to the bottom of the sea before you become vice captain and turn your position to wet yellow chicken." he said and the rest also started laughing.
"Jiehahaha I would like to see you try Newgate!"
The tension in the air thickened and with a swift movement, Shiki unsheathed his double blades, their spectral forms shimmering in the firelight. He lunged at Edward Newgate, his attack imbued with the force of a thousand hurricanes.
Edward Newgate, also raised his giant naginata, The two clashed, their powers colliding in a deafening explosion that shook the very foundations of the island.
The sky above the battlefield split apart, the heavens torn asunder by the sheer force of their clash. The clash of their powers echoed across the island and even the pirates who were the most drunk were suddenly awakened.
Rocks who saw everything just continued drinking his very expensive liquor, ignoring his two cadres, after all if pirates wanted to fight, let them fight! Linlin herself was very happy to see them fight so she brought out her popcorn that somehow magically appeared and encouraged her children to watch the fight carefully.
"Children look at the way they fight carefully, they are a good reference to your future fighting styles."
"Yes mama!" The five of them nodded cutely and copied the way her homies called her much to her displeasure.
'Do I need to find a way to change my gender?' Linlin, who originally did not care much about the change of gender, began thinking about it.
