9 Meeting All For One And New Quirks!

[A/N]~ How are ye guys? I'm fine though.....totally.

Ok jokes aside,

If you have any questions or something regarding his quirks then just don't start hating and just ask me in the comments and I'll explain without spoiling.

Not much in the chapter beside choosing quirks and planning the future a bit.

Tomura had been very conflicted with what quirks he should choose.

When he went to his room yesterday the first thing he did was to start some exercises. He believed the mind worked better after some stimulus.

He couldn't do his usual assassin body training at the moment because he would be too exhausted and wouldn't be able to act properly in front of All For One tomorrow.

There was still a very serious question in his mind.

Why did All For One lose even with a quirk like 'All For One'?

Yes, All Might was strong, very strong but he shouldn't be strong enough to beat an existence like AFO.

That too when AFO wasn't dumb.

Sure he lost in Physical Strength but when did AFO care about brawling. It should've been easy for him to kill All Might.

Not even minding that, Wasn't the plot armor in the anime too strong? AFO had dealt with generations of One For All, Sure what happened with his brother was a miscalculation, But how was he never able to destroy, kill or eradicate the succesors of One For All in their early growth period.

Even when he knew Izuku had One For All he still didn't deal with him.

He knew this wasn't any anime anymore but reality now.

For him atleast.

He also had a theory on why AFO lost against All Might.

It was his body. He had overloaded his body with hundreds of different quirks if not thousands.

Every quirk had it's own advantages and disadvantages but in his early day's he must've just taken the quirks that he felt were strong without caring about the consequences.

This caused a severe disbalance inside of his body which restricted using the quirks he had at full power and their full potential.

Just imagine having one quirk that works using one's own blood and having another quirk that caused damage to the body if there was a blood loss in the body at the same time.

If what he thought was true then that limited his ideas for quirks quite a bit. But as long as they don't directly conflict with each other they should work just fine.

Thinking of this he entered the portal along with Kurogiri as they warped to an unknown location. When he opened his eyes again he saw that he was inside of some large room.

The room was all black besides the ceiling being white. It was quite creepy since there was a lack of light in the room.

In the middle of the room sat a man behind a desk with one hand on his face while the other hand lay on his desk.

The man was wearing a black suit and instead of a face all he could see was a skull like mask that had a life supporting system covering it.

'All For One' Thought Tomura grimly, Looking at the person in front of him his body subconsciously tensed up just like it had when he was facing All Might.

"Sensei!" He said loudly with enthusiasm while walking in front of the desk and sat on the empty seat. Kurogiri stood by his side.

All For One Impassively stared at Tomura without saying anything even though it wasn't visible through his mask.

He was amused by his protege's actions.

Tomura had changed and quite a lot in fact.

Seeing how he called out to him with such enthusiasm but his whole body was tensed up, As if ready to attack at a moment's notice.

He noticed this because of he had a quirk that granted infrared senses which allowed him to 'see' even without his eyes.

Even though he was amused, He was paranoid by nature and liked being the one in control.

He had checked whether the person in front of him was truly Tomura or just someone in disguise. One of his quirks allowed him to see through disguises.

He also checked Tomura's Mental waves and they were stable as well, Meaning he wasn't being mind controlled and nor was his mind directly or indirectly affected in any way.

Only after confirming such things did he nod at Tomura and asked "Hmm, Tell me Tomura why do you think I lost against All Might?"

Tomura was confused by the sudden question for a split second which AFO noticed.

'Urgh How do I answer that without hurting his pride now? After all I can't say that he's a stupid fuck that let 7-8 generations of One For All alive till now for some reason'

"Sensei It's All Might's fault he must've sneaked up on you or brought more heroes to help him defeat you." Said Tomura with gritted teeth as if he was the one that got unfairly beaten up.

All For One just imapasively started at him.

"How about telling me your real thoughts now." He stated with a deadpan gaze.

'He's hiding his true thoughts from me and is ready to attack me on moment's notice even though I've been taking care of him for almost all of his life.'

'A true villain with no morals' He smirked under his mask. He found 'this' Tomura more to his liking. He would observe more and decide whether he is truly worthy of All For One or he would just end up as a tool he would use to become a true 'Demon Lord'.

"Eh, Sorry Sensei I didn't want you to feel bad, I think you've collected to many quirks which caused you to be very versatile but overall weaker than All Might." He quickly answered

"Yes, This is one of the reasons I wasn't able to kill All Might and only grievously injure him.

I will be limiting the quirks I give you, Only after you truly master them would I be giving you more quirks." Said All For One noticing no sort of dissatisfaction on Tomura's face.

Pleased with this he allowed him to choose the quirks he wanted.

"Sensei, How many quirks can I ask for?" Asked Tomura curiously. He felt like he was in one of those R.O.B giving wishes scenarios, which he found funny.

"You can ask for any 5 quirks and 3 extra passive quirks."

Tomura heaved a sigh of relief and was a bit elated by the three extra quirks, He wouldn't have to waste one of his quirk slots on what he needed.

"Fine Sensei, Shall I choose the passive ones first?"

"As you wish. Don't disappoint me Tomura, I have high hopes for you"

Tomura nodded and decide to state the quirks he wanted.

"I want my passive abilities to be

"Are these acceptable?" Asked Tomura worried if All For One had Energy Absorption and 360° View or not.

"I can give you Hyper Regeneration and as for 360° View it would be around 1m of your body but as for Energy absorbtion, I have found no use of the energy till yet and since I didn't have a quirk that utilised it I don't think it's an advisable choice"

Stated All For One, He wasn't surprised by the other two but he couldn't understand why he would want anything to do with 'Energies'.

"It's fine" He secretly heaved a sigh of relief. Looks like he won't have to change his plans.

"Well for the main quirks I want are

What about these then?" Asked Tomura looking at the man wearing a skull mask on his face.

All For One kept staring at Tomura which unnerved him but he kept a poker face.

All For One Chuckled. "Tell me Tomura, Tell me your reasoning behind choosing such quirks. If I find your answer satisfactory I'll give them to you." He was grinning widely beneath his mask, even though it wasn't visible.

Tomura looked at All For One for a second or two but countless thoughts had gone through his mind in that short time.

'It's not like it's a top secret or something and I still need to rely on AFO in the future.'

He sighed and started giving his reasons for his quirks.

"Muscle Augmentation will help me buff my body up, My physical capabilities are trash compared to pro heroes. This should help me cover up my physical weakness as well as increase my strength tremendously.

AirWalk is useful for escaping in situations I can't handle and it also gives me an element of surprise as well as an advantage against people that don't have ariel attacks.

Limb Elongation is for the element of surprise as well, You know my quirk can immediately turn someone into dust as long as my five fingertips touch them. A sudden increase in my arm length would certainly help for instant kill as long as someone isn't prepared for it.

Wind Manipulation should be able to augment my AirWalk increasing my speed by quite a few levels. As well as for more offensive attacks and other stuff since wind is very versatile.

Psyche Guard is to defend myself from sudden mental attacks or intrusions that could distract me in a battle or hinder my combat abilities. If I fight a group of people and they have a few people with quirks that could attack the mind then it would become dangerous for me." He concluded giving his reasoning for the quirks he chose.

All For One had lived for more than 150+ years and rarely did anything surprise him after he found out his brother passed on 'his' power using his unknown quirk.

But he was certainly surprised by the answer he was given just now. The reasons were smart but not smart enough to shock him. What shocked him was that this logical reasoning came from Tomura.

If he wasn't certain that it was Tomura in front of him he might've thought that there was an imposter sitting in front of him.

His grin underneath his mask widened and He slowly got up from his seat and walked towards a wall in the room and placed his hand on a specific part of the wall and an opening appeared in the wall, like a door sliding open.

"Follow me Tomura, Kurogiri you can return I'll inform you when to pick him up." Said AFO to Tomura and asked Kurogiri to leave.

Tomura complied and followed.

He didn't like leaving his life in the hands of someone else but he knew this was the moment where he would either die or rise above everyone else.

Kurogiri watched them leave and left himself aswell.

Does it feel shorter than usual?

Sorry about that but the original plan was to make chs with 1500+ words and since this one reached the mark i decided to end it.

If I make every chapter around 3000 words than the fanfic would end too soon , which I don't want and you guys don't either i guess.

IMPORTANT~

He got good quirks but he needs to train them all as well , he doesn't have something like instant mastery so not instant super op, a little training and development arc would be next, Won't be boring but not super exciting and the League of Villains would be assembling soon (Hooray).

I'll be showing things from U.A's side as well (Can't forget about them now can we). I'll slowly reveal Tomura's plans as well and why he chose Energy Absorbtion. I know there were many other choices for quirks but I wanted it to be these so while I love suggestions I don't want complaints about the quirks, Thank you very much.

Any questions related to the quirks can be asked in the comments, Ill answer as long i don't have to spoil.

Can anyone actually guess why I chose Energy Absorbtion? That would be a surprise if you can though and not like I would tell you guys even if someone does guess correctly xD.
