3 Floor 1 (Part 2)

Leroy walks back to the portal.

<<Teleporting Player: 'DarkSoul' to Floor 1>>

As soon as he lands back on Floor 1, he gets his guard up. When he tries to walk forward, an arrow comes at him targeting the same position as before.

*Bang*

Leroy hit the arrow with his sword, but he couldn't handle the force of the arrow that much, which made his sword tremble a bit.

"Just like I thought... it has some pattern, but the force is too much for me"

For a few minutes, no projectiles came...

"I guess I can go forward now."

He slowly moves forward... After some walking, he suddenly hears a sound.

He raises the shield up and 2 arrows come right into the shield...

"Sh*t"

The shield breaks down into pieces right after getting hit by the arrows.

"What a sh*tty shield."

Something came into his vision then...

"Must be a monster, I think."

When he gets more close to it, it doesn't seem like a monster... rather a Crossbow.

"An automated Crossbow?"

And it has finished reloading the arrow into it...

"Damn it!"

Leroy rushes towards it diagonally left and right so that the arrow can't hit him...

Slowly, the arrow was aimed at Leroy and it was released. It was so fast that he barely managed to dodge it.

As the Automated Crossbow is in reload condition...he took the opportunity, got close to it, and jumped right above it. Using his full strength, he pushes his sword through it and destroys it.

"Let's go, I leveled up!"

Leroy noticed something weird about the name of the Automated Crossbow...

"Entity-FE1, that's some weird way to name. Hmm, what if 'F' means Floor and 'E' means Enemy, and 1 should be the number of the floor"

"Why am I wasting my time on this kind of stuff"

He starts to move forward after closing his window. It was a totally empty hallway until in his sight he saw a gateway.

"Must be the next part of this room."

When he reaches the gateway... without going through it, he peeks through and sees that there are two Automated Crossbows on both the left and right sides.

"I don't think that they can hit me outside their designated area because I am actually within their vision."

Leroy takes a few steps back and takes out two daggers, one in each hand. He sprints forward and right after passing through the gateway, he throws the daggers in his hands, each targeted at the machines.

*swoosh*

The dagger damages the string and the arrow which was already loaded in it.

"That was easy...now I am level 3"

He starts to investigate the area carefully as that room was quite big. He saw that the room has three small hallways, two of which were empty.

"Now only this hallway is left to be done checking"

Leroy moves forward into the Third hallway... soon enough he saw a big shiny chest. He checks the area around the chest just in case there are any traps.

"Seems like there are no traps"

Opens the chest slowly and sees a single item. Was quite disappointed that there is one item in the whole chest.

"Seriously? One item only in one big chest?"

The Item he got, looked like a Shiny Purple Crystal which was shaped like a beautiful flower.

*Picks it up*

"Well, this item looks good though"

"Just... just what the heck is this!!!"

"How can it be this be this big! Were the gods drunk or what while making this!"

Few mins back…

Being confident enough, he continued walking forward. Soon enough he reached the gateway to the next room, the gateway was bigger than usual. He peeks into the room and sees that it was a big clean room with no other pathways to go and no Automated Crossbow to be spotted.

"That's weird..."

When he walked through the gateway and moved towards the middle, there was still no reaction in the room.

"Are they trying to scare me or what?"

After he stands in the middle of the room, a pop-up message comes up.

"I see...you have to separately give permission?"

Leroy accepts it and sees that the room has started to shake.

"Ok, I don't like this."

The tiles in the upper part of the wall of the room flipped and an Automated Crossbow came out, but the size was three times the previous ones. Many more tiles on the walls flipped and normal-sized crossbows came out and random small walls spawned on the floor.

"Ok... seems like I got the wrong idea of it been 'Easy as hell'"

All the crossbows aim at Leroy and shoot arrows.

"Wait! Give me time at-EEK "

It was a rain of arrows; he was able to dodge all the arrows because of the agility boost he got from the 'Prompentus Flower', but it was too many arrows... which made his exhaustion way more than before.

*huff* *huff* *huff*

"Damn... they are *huff* not giving me *huff* time to rest even"

He becomes alert as soon as he hears this sound.

*creak* *clang*

While dodging, he looked at that huge crossbow... and that was the most terrifying thing he could ever imagine. A huge and thick arrow was getting ready to be launched at him.

And it was ready.

*Swoosh*

"F*CK YOU GODS, YOU ARE A PSYCHO FOR SURE- AHHHH!!"

*thud* *bang*

The place was totally destroyed when the arrow hit that area. Huge stones were scattered everywhere.

*crumbles*

"Just... just what the heck is this!!!"

Back to the present...

Leroy saw that in a corner of a room, there was a wall.

"Awesome, that's what I need. For now, only one side will be open, and that will be fine."

He rushes towards the corner while dodging the arrows. After he reaches, he lays his back there only, so that he can take some breath.

"Damn this 'Impossible Mode', even after getting a 'Unique' Grade artifact, I am still having a hard time."

After some time, he calms down and starts to calculate.

"Let's see... It is almost impossible to hit them with my sword, the only thing that I can damage with these throwable daggers. "

He takes a deep breath and, right after exhaling, he rushes out and goes towards the middle. He is dodging the arrows and when he is about to reach the middle, those big arrows come and destroy the middle.

"Seriously?"

While running around randomly, he aims his dagger at that big crossbow.

*Swoosh*

*Clang*

It hit the gears of the crossbow but did nothing to the crossbow.

"I am so bad at aim"

And at that point in time, only an arrow pierced through his leg.

While biting on his own tongue, he says, "AGH, Frick! It hurts like hell! "

He grabs the arrow's tail and pulls it out, almost crying from the pain.

Then he again runs around the room, trying to aim at the Big Crossbow. As he was releasing his dagger, another arrow came right at him, and he quickly moves to his left side. The arrow rubs against the skin of his right hand, leaving a huge cut. It didn't disturb his aim, but still, he barely managed to dodge that one.

While running, he says, "Phew, that was a close one."

"Wait, what-"

He hurriedly looks at the crossbow. He notices that the dagger has hit the string on the crossbow, and now the string is on fire.

"Let's go!"

Until the crossbow totally burned out, he had to dodge the arrows of the other normal crossbow.

After some minutes,

Leroy literally closed his eyes and tears were still coming out in happiness.

"I leveled up 6 times, which means now I am level 9!"
