CHAPTER 11

"yahhh!" Okada hit the undead with his bat. He was crushing the head until he cannot be moved.

"Okada! Watch out!" Nishinoya bends low and whips his leg toward undead that almost bite Okada's neck. The undead fell and get crushed by metal steel Hisashi.

"There are too many! It attracts sound by Hirano's weapon," Hisashi said calmly. He tries to defeat as many as he can.

"ah, I'm sorry," Hirano whimper.

"don't be, it can't be helped," Hisashi said.

"M-M-Maybe, it would've been better if we had stayed on the bus with Shido-sensei!" Marikawa steps back try to avoid the undeads.

"What's that? I thought you said you hated him?" Takagi sniggered.

"Well, I don't like him, but I don't like walking either."

"I will carry you sensei!" Okada and Nishinoya said at the same time.

"oi! Nishinoya! your leg it's hurt, let me handle it!"

"huh!!!! Don't be stupid. My leg is already healed. I can even kick your butts!" He was making an ugly face toward Okada.

"huhhhhh!!, what did you say korra~?" Okada also glares at him.

"huhhh! wanna fight korra~?" Nishinoya also glares at him.

"it's not the time to be fighting, idiot sandwich- delinquent!" Takagi yelled.

"sandwich?" Nishinoya tilted his head.

"delinquent?" Okada tilted his head.

"Hisashi-san, I'm low on nails!" Hirano steps back.

"then, want to use this?" Hisashi gives his steel.

"err no thanks. I'm not good with close-distance combat" Hirano shook his head hard.

"then stay back. Only shoot when they are closed. We will try to kills as much as we can" Hisashi, Saeko, Nishinoya, and Okada nod.

"kyahhh!!" Marikawa pounced at Takagi, as the undead try to bite her.

"Marikawa-sensei! Takagi-san! Damn it!" Hirano already out of nails. He grips his weapon tight and throws to the undead that was trying to approach them.

The undead did not care for him and continued to move forward. Suddenly, someone jumps toward the undead and crush it with a single strike.

"busujima-senpai!" Hirano cried out loud.

"right now..the only thing we can do is fight!" Waving her wooden sword to side hard, get rid of the blood, then she runs forward, killing the undeads left.

"oh no! we got surrounded!" Okada frowned.

"shit! arghhh!" Nishinoya forces himself to attack, but suddenly one of the undead fell and becomes stiff.

All that witness, this becomes stunned.

"wh-what the?" Hisashi also can't believe what he saw.

Then, the undeads fall one by one, like something just hit their head makes them unmoving again.

Hirano walks toward one of the corpses as all the areas free from them. He notices the foreheads have a small hold penetrate through the back.

"what it is, Hirano?" Hisashi asked.

"It seems like they were shot, but I don't see any kind bullet near it," Hirano muttered.

"ah, this corpse also has the same mark!" Nishinoya yelled.

"this one too" Okada light the head up.

"I think all of them have the same hole at the forehead!" Saeko grabs her chin, thinking.

"Wow, that was tough! Lucky all them already dead." Marikawa sigh relief.

"it's not like you did anything…" Takagi frowned.

"But who? Why? and how they did this?" Hisashi frowned, thinking hard to solve this weird situation.

But his thinking gets interrupted by the sound engine approaching his group. Takashi makes a stunt with his bikes run towards the slide of the truck near them. Flying to the sky and land safely in front of Hisashi and the rested.

"Takashi! Rei!" Hisashi yelled at them, shocked, and feeling relieved both of them safe.

"Hisashi!" Takashi and Rei said at the same time.

"I hear a gunshot but not a real gunshot…but! I'm glad you guys are doing okay!" Takashi muttered a bit.

"Yeah, barely," Hisashi chuckled.

"I'm glad both of you safe," Saeko said.

"Senpai and the rested too," Takashi smiled.

"how about me~~?" Takagi frowned.

"y-yeah... I'm glad you are doing alright" Takashi forced a smile.

"Marikawa - sensei!" Rei runs toward Marikawa and hugs her tight.

"ara..ara...Miyamoto-san! What goincidence!"

"it's a coincidence," Rei whispered slowly.

Marikawa called Komuro as he pulls the bikes toward Hirano. Komuro is replying to her with a smile on his face.

"Hirano here, I think you suit for this" Takashi gave him a gun.

"hmm? ....KOMURO~ what's this?! how did you get it?! bullet?! This is the same Smith& Wesson M37 Airweight that police use, right?!

"wah!! Cool!! A police gun...I want it too!" Okada looks at him enviously.

ignoring them, Hisashi approach Takashi. "Looks like Tokonosu Bridge is also closed off."

"ha~ there is no way to go," Takashi frowned.

"We can't cross the bridge like this," Nishinoya said.

"Yeah, the water level went up as the time goes, it's impossible to cross like this," Takagi said. She was glancing a bit toward the river under the bridge.

"aside for that, how about we rested a bit think back while we at it? I'm already tired of this," Okada whined.

"You are right. It looks like it's going to be night. I remember that Nishinoya lives around here, right?" Saeko asked.

"ah! Yeah, it's near here," Nishinoya nods.

"it's your house that can fit all of us?" Hisashi asked.

"err I live with my brother so…" meet both of his index fingers together as he muttered nervously.

"uhmm, there is a place we can use. We can reach there on walking. It's not far~" Marikawa breaks the silence.

"he~ it is your boyfriend's house?" Takagi asked

"WHAT!? boyfriend!?" Nishinoya and Okada said at the same time.

"N-NO! It belongs to my female friend! She is always busy and traveling because of work! She gave me the key. I go over there while she is gone and let some fresh air in."

"hmm~ so suspicious," Okada whispered to Nishinoya.

"yeah, ~ bet she will wear some apron in that house and say 'have a nice day~' or something.." Nishinoya said with eyes darkened.

Hisashi hears his junior discuss among themselves. Just give an awkward look.

"so, can it fit all of us? Niikaz and Kazu must be on their way to us right now as we speak." Hisashi asked.

"yeah! It's a maisonette that is next to the river. It's close to a convenience store too. Oh! And she has a car, too. It looks like a tank, and it's thiiiis~ big!" Marikawa was spreading her arms wide.

"Yeah, quite big~" Okada and Nishinoya look at her chest and sizing up.

"I did like to take a shower while there is still working electricity" Takagi wave her hair to the side. She disgusted by her appearance right now.

"hoh~ shower. Sounds good~" Hirano looks at her with a wicked smile. Okada and Nishinoya just looking up, imagine something perverted too.

"you pervert!" Takagi kicks Hirano hard.

Looking at Hirano being kicked hard, Okada and Nishinoya keep muttered, 'Takagi is scary' with fear.

"we will like to check on first," Hisashi said.

"let me go there with Shizuka-sensei with my bike" Takashi start the engine.

"your bike?" Hisashi tilted head.

"it's stolen, though," Takashi smirked.

"hahaha, be careful" Hisashi give him a light chuckled.

Soon the bike has moved far and can not be seen by naked eyes. Hisashi and the rested start to walk, heading in the same direction. As time goes by, Rei called Hisashi.

"by the way, where are Niikaz and Kazu? I don't think they will follow Shido by looking at Niikaz's behavior before."

"ah~ they will follow us later. It's a long story. I hope they manage to catch on us" Hisashi look a the small disc on his right hand.

"you can tell me on the way to Marikawa - sensei's friend's house. and what is this?" Rei also looks at the disc.

"oh! this is….."

While Hisashi and Rei had their conversation, at the back, Okada seems worrying about Kazu and Niikaz. Nishinoya noticed he's changing in expression.

"don't you worry about them. Niikaz is strong. Kazu also can manage to catch us."

"Hmm," Okada nod as he believes in that.

Hirano seems can't move on yet with the gun he received from Takashi. As for Saeko, her mind is still full of riddles from what happened earlier, when she was fighting with undeads and the hole on their forehead.

(who is behind this? And it is a new phenomenon? No, I don't think so. Clearly, it looks like the forehead being penetrated to something. But what it is? If it's from the bullet, I can't see somewhere look like it near to undeads. But how did they do that? Are they enemies or an ally?)

Saeko's questions remain unanswered as no one knows how to solve it.
