8 Gwen's indifference, Bullies, Oscorp Building
Midtown High–
Outside of this well-known school, human buzzing voices were heard, although it was not that much, as in front of the Midtown High itself was a bus, it can be used for public transportation but now it will be used for a certain event.
"Hm, nerdy Peter got me waitin'."
A mischievous yet teasing voice of a young woman was heard, she has a pout on her lips, as she gaze at her phone seeing that Peter did not reply to her.
It was non-other than Gwendolyn Stacy– she was a very charismatic yet has a wild demeanor of outer appearance. She wore a color black shirt with the Midtown High logo in the middle, and a green coat was on top of it, though her short skirt was on complete display, anyone can take a peek at her slender long legs that were clad in a black stockings, as she wore a pair of sneakers, her father George told her that sneakers wouldn't be fit in her style, but Gwen is Gwen, she didn't want to wear high heels.
Her bob-cat, shoulder-length blonde hair was swaying in an arc, as the breezing wind passed by her, her piercing blue eyes were captivating, and the elegant curve of her eyebrows, as well as her red authentic lips.
Gwen hummed, as she held her sling bag the same with Peter, as they both decided to buy one for each of them– a Couple's Discount was there after all, and it was a coincidence that Gwen and Peter liked the Sling Bag so they decided to make an act.
Gwen sat on a near bench, as she saw her classmates, who were busy talking to each other, while some boys were eyeing her, and she noticed it too, but she ignore them.
Suddenly– Gwen's eyes look at a certain girl, "Mary Jane.....!?" She was quite surprised not by seeing her, but MJ's expression was quite haggard.
Gwen raised an eye, as she saw Mary Jane approached by Harry Osborn, Harry's affectionate gaze wasn't hidden too well, whilst on their side were Liz Allan and Flash Thompson, with the fat bully Ned on the side gradually smirking, etc.
"Ohh–Peteh~ it seems that things will be quite complicated." Gwen shook her head, as she sat alone.
Though, Gwen felt a little weird, remembering what Peter said to her about Mary Jane– Well..... MJ and Peter after all seem to be in a strange kind of relationship? Gwen didn't know too well as she never bothered to ask Peter.
She was worried..... After all, Peter was her friend.... Friendo-
Seeing Mary Jane talk and join the group of popular kiddos, Gwen wondered what Peter will do–
As Gwen just sat there, waiting for her nerdy friend, for an unknown amount of time, a voice–no a whisper on her left ear made her shriek, as someone's lips touch her ear's skin, as the breath send a shivers down her spine.
"Gwen."
"Ah–" Gwen was caught off guard, she turned her head and her eyes widened, but her cheeks were tinted by red, "Y–You! Hahh– Peter you surprised me, I didn't expect that." She places a hand on her developing chest, looking at Peter.
Gwen look at the time on her phone, "You made me wait for almost an hour boy~ you gotta compensate for this poor girl's wasted time." She said with a naughty grin, as she walk and tiptoed in front of Peter, stroking his chest.
Peter who has arrive, look at Gwen seeing her in front of his eyes was really surprising, Gwen on this Earth was like the Combination of the young Gwen from the Movie, where she died, and the Gwen from Spider-Verse, Gwendolyne Maxine Stacy– from Earth 65.
He inhaled her musky scent, as he almost ascended, through exaggeration, feeling Gwen's finger poking him, as she look up at him a little, as her height was quite short compared to him, and her eyes were playful, Peter then suddenly saw a red-haired girl's eyes looking at him especially, but he didn't care.
"Snubby." Gwen poked Peter again.
Peter held her finger with his hand, and with a playful smirk he said, "Ms. Stacy– if you like to poke me in the chest..... you might as well–" he let her palms travel from the top of his chest until it was near his belly and–
"Y-You–No, Peter stowp–!" Gwen panicked, as her face reddened more and more, she look away in panic, as she seems to lose the strength to pull her hand back.
Though, Peter releases her, "Haha–just kidding." He laughed, as he tried to be more like the Old Peter, who was playful with Gwen's side.
Gwen looks at Peter with a wave of anger in her eyes, "Peter!!!" Suddenly, she grab Peter by the collar, and with bulging cheeks, "T-that's dangerous and too perverted! You nerd!"
Her blue eyes shook, remembering that hot scene, Peter look at her with amusement on his face, "What? Angry because you got teased? Gwen, you are so petty." Peter unconsciously rubbed Gwen in her head, as Gwen shook it away.
"I am not that petty!!!" Gwen's cheeks bulge even more, making her more adorable, as Peter pinched her cheeks.
"Alright, alright– stop pouting you Hamster Gwen, I'll treat you after this event, fine with that?" Peter smiled.
Gwen nodded her head, as she didn't even mind how the closeness of their interaction was seen by their fellow classmates, she held onto Peter's arms that stretched her cheeks, and said, "Thawts goohds toh meh!"
"Ehem– Cough! Sorry to interrupt the loveable moment, but you two are the only remaining student outside of the bus, please kindly restrict yourself–" a bitter tone was heard, and both Gwen and Peter tilted their head and saw their adviser looking at them strictly, tapping her shoulder, while crossing her arms.
Gwen and Peter separated, "S-Sorry..." Gwen apologize but she dragged Peter in the hand, as the two hopped inside of the bus catching their classmates' eyes, especially a red hair girl who frown seeing their hands–Gwen's hands.
"There!" Gwen saw an empty seat, it was the very end of the seat inside, and the two immediately strode and sat in it, Gwen was the one near the window, as Peter was on her side.
"Uhmm–?" Gwen saw Peter gazing at her, but seeing her hands still on Peter's hand, Gwen release it with a scowl.
"You sure are lucky, I, Ms. Gwen Stacy never held anyone's hand other than you–Mr. Peter Parker." Gwen said like a Gwen eyeing Peter as if wanting him to bow down beneath her. "You should be grateful."
Peter shrugged nonchalantly, "I think we're fair, even a speck of my skin was never touched by a girl like you–"
"Not even Mary Jane? Ya sure she ain't gotta touch Mr. Parker yet.... even a graze?" Gwen look at him suspiciously, her blue eyes beamed.
Peter: "..."
Gwen: "Hum, I see, I see...."
She put a finger on her chin, lips twitching from smirking, she eyed Peter with a playful light, as she tapped Peter on the shoulder, as if comforting him. "It's okay Virgin Peter–"
Gwen thought she has won, but Peter also comes back at her saying, "You too–" but Gwen covered her ears, looking outside of the window, making Peter sigh at her behavior, it's almost a completely different Gwen than he thought!
As the bus started to speed up toward the Oscorp Building, as students inside of it were eager, Gwen and Peter stayed silent but their excitement was vaguely on the surface–though Peter was only interested in finally getting bit by a Radioactive Spider, while Gwen was excited for all of the Scientific stuff inside of that building.
Peter can hear Harry bragging with his friends, as it was too obvious, what Harry was doing– it was to impress Mary Jane Watson, he kept mentioning his Daddy's thingy bulshit again and again, but some of their classmates were impressed by him, though Gwen wasn't.
Peter feel a stare at the other side of the seat, only to see Flash looking at him with jealousy, as he made a cutting neck gesture– Peter was dead.
"Ignore him, he always seeks for attention, Peter.... woah–Attention-seeker– Attention-Peter... that's rhyming." Gwen said, as Peter almost receive a shiver from her dead-ass joke.
Finally, the bus stopped and they arrived at the Oscorp, and Peter and Gwen was about to stand up from their seat, when suddenly–
Flash Thompson approach Gwen and asked her out, "Hey, Gwen how about we go together?" He has a smile on his lips, and ignoring Peter's existence, he put his hands gesturing for Gwen to take it.
However–
Gwen stood up and pull Peter, ignoring Flash, as he could only look at Gwen's back, but seeing Peter, Flash's anger exploded! "That damn Parker! What's so good about that nerdy fuck!" He almost spit on the seat.
"Pffft...." Ned a fellow bully laughed at Flash, as he hold his fat belly, though his eyes lighten seeing Peter and.... Gwen's fading back.
